The Marine Gardens house is small, old and ugly for $19,000,000 with so much work to be done but I must commend them for their honesty. Marine Garden is on the popular James Avenue road renamed Jack Ruby Road; its a turn off from the clock in Ocho Rios Town.
Why we didn't see the exterior/ of the Steer Town house? Btw parts of Steer Town are not so safe, the informal/ghetto part is known for crime n gangs; up there seems cool for now. The Great Pond house is nice.

It don't worth it for real too much money and you have to go do a lot of things on it.
