After climbing carrauntoohil i’ve realised how the camera doesnt do the mountain any justice. In real life the mountain looks huge and extremely steep. It makes you feel tiny.
Nice video!!! I did this route last Saturday (17/9/22) very loose and sketchy in places but absolutely brilliant, loved every minute. Nobody seems to go up that way, probably because it’s a bit dodgy, very steep, and loose. Great craic though. Love your videos btw
I climbed that mountain many years ago with A Francisco's habit on with elderly Brother called Gerald rip and Fr Philipp Timmons rip.we did not have any great difficulties at all.
Hi bro. There’s a few of us from Belfast going to climb this route at the start of June. Just wondering if I could get in touch somehow and have a chat. Love the video and channel.
@@Gravityfighter84looks like Central Gully. I gave up on that one as it felt too risky when stones started tumbling down. I've done the other 2 and they are much handier.
I went up central gully solo earlier this summer. Was a freaky enough experience as close to top I couldn’t find any obvious climb path and was too difficult to backtrack, so I veered off a bit to the right where it was grassy and clawed my way out the last 10 meters or so. Was all cramped when I got to top but was just relieved to have made it out.

Absolutely mate. It's a lot steeper and volatile in person. 👍

Hey Gary, thanks for watching mate. Yes, it is quite sketchy alright! But well done on completing it. 😎
Is it true 40 people have died on this mountain?
Great content again 👌🏻You should give Lugnaquilla via McAlpine's Gully a go if you haven't already.
Thanks buddy! Will look into it!
Nice climb. I was in Killarney several years ago. I saw that mountain in the distance and wish I had my boots at the time.
Thanks mate! There is always next time 😉
Amazing video, congratulations. I dont know how you can do it very brave
Thanks, man. Appreciate you watching.

That's great Martin! Thanks for watching 👍
Thanks,
Did that in the rain, with a stream flowing down the Gully. Let's put it this way I'm not rushing off to try it again anytime soon 👌
I don't blame you mate! Thank you for watching 👍
Nice Video :)

Hey Aaron! Send me an email to fitnessfreakshowz@gmail.com 👍
This is Curved Gully
Thanks for watching Rob. Yes, it looks very similar - but this is Central gully, just next to Curved gully. 👍
