    20 some years ago my mother in law was hospitalized in Florida after a short course of CJD....
    All healthcare personnel were practically wearing Hazmat protective uniforms before entering her room. The 2 family members were also clothed
    And covered up with gloves. She was at the end and they approached her brain as highly infectious.
    It was a horrible death. No hope. Died of dehydration.
    The funeral was closed casket. All that was left of her you wouldn't want to see.

    1:40 = Not true. Just ask all the people in the UK who ate meat tainted with mad cow, & died from the CJD it gave them!

      to clarify: you cannot get bse because it's a cow disease, but there is a chance that you can develop symptoms of vcjd, the disease in humans that is caused by the consumption of meat of cows with bse.

    My uncle just passed from this heartbreaking disease last week. We were told that he needed to be cremated which i now know is untrue. Unfortunately it's too late now...

    What about someone who performs an autopsy and touches a brain with CJD? Do the gloves make a difference?

    • @TmaadHMD
      @TmaadHMD 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It should. No punctures, people should be safe.

      James Ironside demonstrated the autopsy equipment and procedure in this one BSE video. Gloves and disposable gown (incinceration). A metal chainmail handpiece on top of the gloves...and one more pair of gloves on top of that.
      Even so, I'd be scared to do an autopsy.

    what is this simple test for the familial version? I haven't heard of there being a simple blood test for this....

    • @truthxposed8975
      @truthxposed8975 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      justjohnny05 there's a blood test and nasal swab for variant cjd. There's not any test for SCJD besides a 14-3-3 test.
      Yet SCJD patient shed diseased prions in dead skin cells, saliva, urine. Prion seeding is always seen in muscle tissue as well as spine, and brain. They are lying about Transmissability

      justjohnny05 Genetic testing can tell if you have the very rare familial form of disease.

      Except I've read about TSEs for years and it was one of my passions when I was younger. What a pitifully stupid thing to be upset about.
