You can use that chopper in which once you made that tomato chutney with your MIL , methi chili garlic will be chopped in one go , i prefer by filling washed ,dried then chopped methi immediately after adding salt that's my mother recipe .

If you give a Rai and onions ka tadka in oil and fry Methi then add it to atta the Parathas become super soft and they taste so nice. Plus add malia to atta while kneading it will taste soft and yummy.
Did anyone noticed she started making parantha at 11:45 and completed 2parantha at 12:15...i mean within 30 mins she completed her job.... 🎉

U can try bathaue ka raita. Boil karke peeskar mix in dahi. And add garlic and jeera laal mirch ka chhonk
Methi should be washed thoroughly before cutting. Not in strainer but properly dipped in a utensil 2-3 times. Then remove from water and keep in strainer. Same fir any leafy vegetable. You get plenty of choppers to chop methi.

1. Methi cut fine
2. A little more oil while doing the atta. ( Make the oil Luke warm and then add) to make parantha more khasta
3. Atta Luke warm Pani mey goondo....like makki roti ka.
Even washing methi after cutting does not make sense
Add some asfotida to enhance smell
Apko cooking krte huye dekhne m mujhe bahut achaa lgta h... sag or makki ki recipe bahut achii thi ❤...lots of love for coco, chunchun ,candy ,cherry 😘😘😘😘😘

Lehsun, mirchi ko koot kar daalne se achcha taste aayega.. white til bhi padta hai thoda...and to make it moist and soft 2-3 spoons curd is needed..
