- (22 Aug 1994) Tram services started up again in Sarajevo on Monday (22/8) after
a 17-day suspension because of persistent Bosnian Serb sniper fire
which killed one passenger and wounded 20. U.N. security teams in armoured vehicles deployed in force along the main boulevard where the
orange trams roll between the centre of the Bosnian capital and
western suburbs.
