200% gonna go with Most Wanted for this one. Those corvette interceptors at heat 5 get real nasty when they come in packs and try to box you in. Heat on the other hand's got some really crazy tough cookies, but they'll chicken out when you jump over jump ramps or go 200 MPH+. Even if they do attempt the jump ramp, they crash instantly.
I love how most wanted makes you have that lean syndrome where you lean forward on your chair and also feels like you're in an action film while heat makes you have an adrenaline rush

I recently installed "Revamped Pursuits" on Most Wanted, a satisfying and stressful experience at the same time. With these improvements it makes the best chases in the franchise (maybe even more difficult than Rivals)
For future reference, but I doubt you gonna remember, if you wanna lost the cops relatively easy, go to the race track oval stadium. Just go round and round, also you can keep jumping the ramp that sends you out of the racetrack and then just go back in. You will end up losing the cops cause you can keep hitting them and there's even a gas station right outside if you need it. Plus, no rhinos.
Ramps are basically pursuit breakers mw "fans" want in newer nfs titles. I think cops need to be more like rivals, where they want you dead but at the same time you can atleast do something to them, unlike in heat where you cant do anything to them except jumping (using pursuit breakers)@@brandonsanders4954

Well, that goes out the window because Rivals dethroned it for being the NFS game that had the deadliest cops after HP 2010/Remastered.

Nah Rivals has much more advanced AI cuz they need to use weapons too besides racing and you have a health bar which means that the cops are hardest in RIVALS
@akiplay312 Come again. As someone who has the platinum for Rivals and has 400+ hours in it. I know the game pretty well and it's so easy because there is no need to worry about the health bar. After repairing your car while spamming 3 pursuit techs, you can simply just turn around. Oh wait, there's more😈 if that is still not easy enough you can just run back to the safe house and defend yourself from anything that is thrown at you. So maybe it's not the game that's hard. It's a skill issue

14:14 I'll say it again: the only reason the cops are "better" in the games after MW and Carbon is the car damage. You getting damage by hitting them and them not getting damage from hitting you. The modern game cops have no other strategy than hitting you over and over. Avoiding them crashing into you is pretty much impossible and so the cops are difficult but lack any kind of excitement for me
Downside of NFS Heat was no pursuit breakers like MW and no hiding or cooldowns. MW threw like 25 cop cars. Best part about MW was running through road blocks and pursuit breakers. Heat has the hardest cops its Neverending with those cops.
An interesting test. I thin MW05 cops overwhelm you in sheer numbers. No pursuit tech to shake them off you either like in rivals. I think the ai for the cops in Heat is smarter. I don't know, just what it looks like. You should try NFS Hot Pursuit 2 remastered and see what they are like.
I’m just going to say this. IMO, Heat has the Hardest A.I Police. I’m more confident that I could escape a Heat 5 chase in MW with a stock Cobalt SS than Escaping a Heat 3 chase in NFS Heat with a stock 180SX. Most Wanted’s police are much more predictable and also a lot dumber especially in smaller numbers. MW uses overwhelming numbers to try to get you to make a mistake. In Heat, the Police are fast, and hit really hard and can wreck your car in a few good hits while you do more damage to yourself trying to fight back against the cops.

The game is generally harder with weaker cars, when you get like 300 level cars it's the point when it gets easy

My answer is NFS MW05 has the hardest cops out any game I've played, including the likes of NFS Heat, NFS Payback, NFS Rivals, NFS undercover and GTAV
