Dave loves Burnley Football Club so much that he's changed his name to Dave Burnley, and that's not the only sacrifice he's made...
The unmarried carer, 64, who changed his surname to the team’s, lives 75 miles from Turf Moor but takes up to four buses to get there.
He has even slept in bus shelters to avoid missing matches and has never been engaged or married due to his devotion to the team.
