- The new diep.io update on May 9, 2023. Many people asked for a new tank in diep.io for a long time, and the devs brought back the old skimmer and rocketeer with a new look! This also means that we will introduce new world records for this tank, I wonder what the highest score for it will be! In this video I go through a brief tank overview and its strength.

I doubt it took an overwhelming amount of time, a lot of time was spent on fixes and rewriting code etc

In my opinion glider's missiles shouldn't have delay or delay just should be lowered in twice.

I wish there is a healer tank like you can shoot little healing bullets or you can heal in a area or with mini drones
I tested this new tank in FFA, honnestly i'm not fan.
But maybe it could be a nice support in team modes or Maze.
it is definitely not one of the strongest tanks for ffa thats for sure
With a fast reload it launches ALOT of bullets, which is good for tdm.
Would love a gameplay vid on this tank if possible?!

i put rocketeer up against glider face to face
1) rocketeer penetration more than glider
2) rocketeer bullet speed faster than glider
what is the point of the glider????
the back bullets are more useful than rocketeer, it is less reliant on the main bullet itself

This tank is Destroyer, on steroids.
It doesn’t have recoil and the decently fast reload can kill a lot of players out-of-range with the bullet guns.
The bullet’s speed doesn’t change in acceleration which is makes prediction easier.
It’s like Rocketeer, but better, with a little grain of salt.
I’m a fan.
But it doesn't have any recoil and the bullets are easier to dodge, so annihilator and hybrid are still better
The recoil can be used to chase tanks, which is why recoil is actually a good thing

When I’m using Destroyer and its recoil counterparts, it is sometimes annoying getting recoiled when fighting.
But if put up against bullet spam tanks, it can decently fight off against them with its fast reload and bullet’s turrets, compared to destroyers with low reload, mostly fleeing away.

Bad update, it is not a new tank but rather a reskinned version of the old skimmer.
Anyways, this is the stuff I know.
6/7/7/7/0/3/3/0 is good for tdm game modes. (From movement speed to health regeneration)
And 6/7/7/7/2/2/2/0 is good in ffa. (You need bullet speed to get kills in there, and without that, you will either slowly level up in a dead server or die to triangle branch/level 45 bullet spammers.) Bullets are good against any tank that isn't above level 42. Overall it is balanced. Weak in FFA due to the level-up process being weak against bullet spammers/triangle branches, though it may be good against those at level 45 in a 1 vs. 1 fight. Good in team deathmatch game modesodes if you have a bullet spammer protecting you. (Can be a disadvantage in Pentagon nest) It is good against unskilled drone tanks or any necromancer tank unless it is an ambush. Good against destroyers that don't shoot launcher type bullets as it has a large FOV.

Didn't kill so many. Then I desided to end it and just attack to I died.
Surprisingly I killed all the big tanks. Very effective!
Got killed by the drone camper when I whent back to the pentagon nest.
He multiboxed with 8 drone tanks I think.
