This needs to be updated Camron... This registry process got a whole lot more complicated since you created this video. They're requiring proof of a relationship with your supplier, proof of your order etc. and these documents are required. It's way more challenging now and this is apparently a very recent change.
The trolls come out during a full moon apparently. Very random and unnecessary. Lol. Anyway im going through the process now and was unsure of what I needed to provide. This change is recent as of just 2 months ago and there's no videos or information about it. I dont have any proof of being a "qualified manufacturer" but fortunately that part is optional. For the other of sourcing or supply invoice, I make everything by hand so I wasnt sure what to include. However, i found out it means you can include an invoice of anything you do source like parts or materials. In my case, i make candles so I used an invoice for the purchase of wicks and candle jars. Hope that helps.

Each state has their own options for registering an LLC. There's also a host of services that can set everything up for you. For example, Legal Zoom.com
Great video, Camron! I believe there is a mistake in your video. You cannot use pending trademark application to register. Amazon does not allow it unless you apply for trademark through their IP acceleration program (very costly for beginners). I did not managed to get it through. Very curious if anyone here did it by yourself successfully.

My best recommendation is to keep trying. Sometimes it's just the luck of the draw. I know that might not sound helpful, but that's the best option if you get stuck on this step.

Hello, I have a problem.
I created a listing with a generic brand then I ordered products and it is on the way.
Now I have registered my brand on Amazon, but I cannot enter my brand during the listing processing.
Amazon Support didn't help.
is there a solution?

We submitted a picture of a box with a stamp of our brand name on it and our brand registry application was rejected. The stamp had our brand name in all caps and the trademark is technically not all caps. Do you think this could be the reason why it was rejected?
I am living in Oman country but i sell my products in America amazon. If i register my brand in USA, should i pay tax for selling my products in amazon?! Please answer. Thanks
This video is outdated. Amazon now requires you to provide proof you are a manufacturer.
I was approved for Brand Registry and expected access to the tools and benefits within two hours. I still have no access or storefront etc and Amazon is giving me the runaround. Any tips, suggestions, or advice?

Brand Registry approval doesn't always grant immediate access to all tools and benefits.
Could you please make a video on tax submission for US Amazon marketplace as we know each state has different tax we have to submit tax submission through accountant . Does Amazon submit your tax to local government OR not at all ?

My best recommendation is to keep trying. Sometimes it's just the luck of the draw. I know that might not sound helpful, but that's the best option if you get stuck on this step.

Hey @camronJames I have problem with my logo. I did not use text option. And now amazon is not accepting my brand even when it has literal elements they say my brand has not.
