I have registered my brand on Amazon (We are the wholesaler and manufacturer of this product). I have also uploaded the product to vendor central. Prior to me uploading it to vendor central we have spotted an amazon listing for the same product (i'm guessing created by a reseller) but the description, title and bullet points are all incorrect and claiming to use a license that we don't have. How can I get the dodgy listing removed?.... Thank you for your great videos!
I am so grateful for your videos. I have been trying to get intouch with Amazon seller central (requesting a phone call/email) for four days and get a red pop up, so all the questions I have been needing to ask them you basically answered. 1. I received an error code for a product listing ( it was a draft not posted yet) because of my brand name and they deleted it. They told me to continue I had to approve for brand registry (i did not, I am in process of doing trademark now then will reapply.) They told me i could not sell with a logo on the product unless it was trademarked? 2. I was under the impression I could not post a listing (with logo) until I was approved for brand registry, but you are saying to post a listing before applying? Which confuses me because I thought that is what i did wrong and why i was denied. (I did not apply or get approved before). I did not even have the chance to post the listing before they deleted it and told me to apply. I hope this message gets to you and If i could get through to amazon and ask them this, I would. I have a question for you - I submitted the Brand Registry to Amazon and got an email saying I need to contact the Trademark Correspondence to get a Verification Code and send it back to Amazon to complete the process. I send my request using the email address Amazon gave me but got an automatic replay saying that the email was not successfully delivered as the email address does not exist. I tried to apply for another three times and contacted the Amazon Seller Center but could not fix the issue. Could you help me? Many thanks!
You can open a case about your issue so Amazon can address it. You can also checkout forums in the platform to see if there have been any issues similar with yours

If you make a brand and link it to a particular item (ie: your rocket tea) and submit,.etc and it gets approved, but then later you want to link the brand you made to another item, are you ok to go ahead without going through the whole process? More specifically, I would like to make a brand label, but sell different products. When I first apply and have my first product, is that all that needs to be done for applying. Am I all good to post ads of different item with that brand/image? Please let me know.

Great video! Question...how do we go about branding product boxes if we're doing bundling where box sizes may be different for different bundles. Example...one month I might build a generic bundle of gardening tools that uses box size A. Next month I might add a new bundle of branded tools and accessories to my catalog that requires a different size box and the product packaging is going to stay the same as the branded products. Do we have to brand register each time we add a different product or packaging?

Amazon does not take that unless the application is through it's IP Acceleration, which is much more expensive than applying by yourself. Not quite affordable as a small business. Do you have any recommendation?

You have made it very easy to navigate, which I appreciate. As a person who's just getting used to selling on amazon have very little knowledge of the seller account, I had a concern. I was hopping if you could answer that. My cousin has a seller account where he does online arbritrage. For obvious reasons, I will be using the same seller account to sell my brand new two private label product which I am launching soon. Hey man! You need to have a trademark before you can apply for brand approval. You cannot register in Amazon's Brand Registry unless you have an approved trademark.

Is Amazon Brand Registry free once you are accepted? Also, it seems like you need to have a product listing first in the process for a few reasons (barcode, brand registry etc) Can you create a product listing without it actually being live on Amazon? Or can you set a launch date? My product will not be ready before some of these steps.

I watched Travis previous vids and I just had my Amazon Seller Account approved; submitted my business docs, banking info, bills, IDs and held my scheduled phone call with Amazon’s Seller Review Team. I’ll be listing my first product tomorrow✍🏼 and submitting my trademark to the USPTO then using my in-process trademark & ASIN to complete my Amazon Brand Registry. I hate to sound like some paid shill or a blowhard on Travis here BUT these video series have been godsend to me. Can you have a "Generic" trademark for all your products, like Nike sells shoes, but they also sell a million other products with the work "Nike". So, let's just say you wanted to name your trademark "Rocket Products", and sell your tea, or shoes, or lamps, or whatever and have your name and logo of "Rocket Products", is this acceptable? OR do you need a specific trademark for every single product you wish to sell? I want to sell many different products with, obviously, different names that have to do with the products but under ONE trademarked company name and logo. Is this doable? Thanks!

I already sell on Amazon and we're launching our first private label product shortly. I only have 1 seller account and it's under a completely different name that's different from my product brand name. When I register in the brand registry, is it possible to only add only my pl product brand that I own to the brand registry's storefront and not the other 500 brands that I'm selling on Amazon that I do not own? Hello Trevor’s is your course passion formula for people with already some selling experience with Amazon or green guy like me can start it ? I do not have any clue what to sell and how do you think this course is good for me ?
This course is for beginners, but keep in mind, that Amazon FBA is not for beginners(at least financially). If you follow the passion product formula course, first you have to come up with a great product idea. Then you have to get a supplier to make your product. You have to make samples, so you actually create a good product. At this point, you are probably in minus financially, except if you were lucky and got money from kickstarter. So, you have your product, now you have to list it on Amazon. But for customers to buy the product on amazon, it has to be in Amazon's warehouse, so you have to send your products, without knowing if they will sell. Now it's set up, but you will start to notice, that no one comes across your product. You have to advertise you product, but guess what, if you want to have a good amaunt of money from this, you have to spend thousands of dollars to reach a great amount of people and you still don't know if it will sell. Im not saying that it's not profitable, but the fact that Trevor says you can start with 0$ no experience, is just bs What I recommend, for a beginner to learn a skill like marketing, programming, video editing, copywriting - the list goes on - then make a service based business around that skill. To be in brand registry, do you need to have your logo physically on everyone of your products...? Or can it just be on the primary packaging? What if it's a product sku that would be very hard to put your logo on?
How much time it will take to get trademark approval from USPTO ? Do we have to wait untill it get register or should be get any slip to go ahead with selling ?
Amazon has vetted trademarks lawyers, I think its call the Accelerator trademark program. I've spoken to a few and received awesome information from them.
So if my product is already selling as generic without the brand label on the packaging in the fba warehouse, am I going to get caught placing the branding on the product for the image? Probably not right?

I was approved for brand registry before I started my listing, now I can’t finish my listing, it’s wanting me to prove im a verified seller of my own brand, having trouble finding the next step
I know it says to include ASIN for Brand Registry, however, it won't let me make a product listing without "registering the brand". I am able to click "This product does not have a brand name" in order to move forward.

Yes I was able to get some information, so when you will get your product you can list it and apply for the brand approval to have your listing on, after that you will apply for the trademark on uspto and with the serial number apply for brand registry, make sure your brand from brand approval it’s the same like your trademark if not you not going to be able to get brand registry for that brand.
@@nurauliaarifuddin8408 Yes, before you apply for the trademark is good to have your brand (trademark) in use so uspto can see that you already have your mark in commerce. For me this is the right order ; have a product package with your brand then list the product on amazon, apply for brand approval, apply for trademark and when you have the pending number apply for Brand Registry.

on my one at the Manufacturing and Distribution information its asking to upload files Upload proof of arrangement between your brand and the third-party manufacturer. or Upload a copy of any recent sourcing/manufacturing/supply invoice (1 or more) published in the last 6 months which includes one or more of the brand’s product names. Please ensure to hide any sensitive data i got stuck there :(

Hey man! You need to have a trademark before you can apply for brand approval. You cannot register in Amazon's Brand Registry unless you have an approved trademark.

Also, it seems like you need to have a product listing first in the process for a few reasons (barcode, brand registry etc) Can you create a product listing without it actually being live on Amazon? Or can you set a launch date? My product will not be ready before some of these steps.

I watched Travis previous vids and I just had my Amazon Seller Account approved; submitted my business docs, banking info, bills, IDs and held my scheduled phone call with Amazon’s Seller Review Team.

Can you have a "Generic" trademark for all your products, like Nike sells shoes, but they also sell a million other products with the work "Nike". So, let's just say you wanted to name your trademark "Rocket Products", and sell your tea, or shoes, or lamps, or whatever and have your name and logo of "Rocket Products", is this acceptable? OR do you need a specific trademark for every single product you wish to sell? I want to sell many different products with, obviously, different names that have to do with the products but under ONE trademarked company name and logo. Is this doable? Thanks!

Hey there! If you're doing Amazon FBA, then your product will be in the Amazon warehouse as they will be the one who will ship the product to your customers.
I already sell on Amazon and we're launching our first private label product shortly. I only have 1 seller account and it's under a completely different name that's different from my product brand name. When I register in the brand registry, is it possible to only add only my pl product brand that I own to the brand registry's storefront and not the other 500 brands that I'm selling on Amazon that I do not own? Or should I really try to convince Amazon to give me another seller account to sell my new pl product under?
Hey Marziani, in one video you told that if someone open the individual seller account then they need to pay $ 0.99 per product and in this video you are telling that the sellers need to pay 15% of the sold item to the Amazon. Do the sellers need to pay both $ 0.99 and 15% ?

Hello Trevor’s is your course passion formula for people with already some selling experience with Amazon or green guy like me can start it ? I do not have any clue what to sell and how do you think this course is good for me ?
This course is for beginners, but keep in mind, that Amazon FBA is not for beginners(at least financially). If you follow the passion product formula course, first you have to come up with a great product idea. Then you have to get a supplier to make your product. You have to make samples, so you actually create a good product. At this point, you are probably in minus financially, except if you were lucky and got money from kickstarter. So, you have your product, now you have to list it on Amazon. But for customers to buy the product on amazon, it has to be in Amazon's warehouse, so you have to send your products, without knowing if they will sell. Now it's set up, but you will start to notice, that no one comes across your product. You have to advertise you product, but guess what, if you want to have a good amaunt of money from this, you have to spend thousands of dollars to reach a great amount of people and you still don't know if it will sell.
Im not saying that it's not profitable, but the fact that Trevor says you can start with 0$ no experience, is just bs
What I recommend, for a beginner to learn a skill like marketing, programming, video editing, copywriting - the list goes on - then make a service based business around that skill.

To be in brand registry, do you need to have your logo physically on everyone of your products...? Or can it just be on the primary packaging? What if it's a product sku that would be very hard to put your logo on?

How much time it will take to get trademark approval from USPTO ? Do we have to wait untill it get register or should be get any slip to go ahead with selling ?
Trademark approval can usually take months to even a year so I would recommend getting it started right away once you have your final logo ready

Amazon has vetted trademarks lawyers, I think its call the Accelerator trademark program. I've spoken to a few and received awesome information from them.

You should create a listing for your product on Amazon. This listing will generate an ASIN that you can use for the brand registry application.

Yes I was able to get some information, so when you will get your product you can list it and apply for the brand approval to have your listing on, after that you will apply for the trademark on uspto and with the serial number apply for brand registry, make sure your brand from brand approval it’s the same like your trademark if not you not going to be able to get brand registry for that brand.

@@nurauliaarifuddin8408 Yes, before you apply for the trademark is good to have your brand (trademark) in use so uspto can see that you already have your mark in commerce. For me this is the right order ; have a product package with your brand then list the product on amazon, apply for brand approval, apply for trademark and when you have the pending number apply for Brand Registry.

No it's different. ASIN is the internal catalog number that Amazon assigns to your product
