hello , so what is CVA of this ? (entry VA and output VA not WATT, volt and ampere) , and the cores of transformators ; you have removed the thick part or the thin part from the transformator and can i find in shop a step down transformator for voltage which does this ? , how much does the difference transformators lost power , the one step down and the yours ?

The step up n down converters are very cheap you can get a super one for like £10 but some are £2 or if spend bit more can get better ones depends on what u need
So dc going to a transformer? Doesn't the voltage need to be switching back and forth to make use of the transformer?
NoVaKane Same thing I thought. Correct me if I’m wrong but iron core transformers only work with AC; as I’ve been taught
Dc can still generate a magnetic field but it just needs something to turn it off so the field can collapse and be transformed back into electricity, and then turned back on again to repeat the process, something like a mosfet or a transistor will do the trick.

sure
IRFZ44 is a Mosfet. They are not designed to self oscillate and require a driver source If you use a Mosfet you'll need a IC to create the signal to drive the gate

If I have a power supply of 20v 0.1 amps can I convert it to 5v 2amps?

With 20 volts at .1 amp the most you would get at 5 volts would be .4 amps
You're thinking to charge your phone right? It would work but it'll take a long time brother, and you would need 5 watt resistors so they don't burn up.

i saw many videos volt boost converter and amp boost so its mean that you can boost watt i mean can you make 1.5 battery milli amp to 12 volt and 15 or 50 amps?

You can not make current from nothing
No if u boosting currwnt the voltage will lower and if boosting voltage current will go down too
when soldering take the solder to the pad and apply it there. that smoke you see when touching the solder and then carrying it with the soldering iron is your flux... solder and iron should be applied at the same time at the point where you are soldering, your soldering method is incorrect
Also that's not a laptop adapter. its a printer adapter laptops dont use 36V and demands way more current 3+amps on most models and even more on gamer laptops.

Can't wait to see your short term results on anything more advanced than through-hole components and long term results with dry solder joints, it may work for these little breadboards but it's not going to work well for real PCBs. And to address the other commenter's notion that one needs to create their own videos to offer advice - that's a strawman argument. Seriously though, there are already many good videos on how to solder. I recommend Big Clive's video on it.
