Hi I have a duetz engine having problems the shut off valve turn off automatically when engine running few seconds. I check the solenoid external ok. So can you suggest which part or component to check and how to check tq
Ok, I see how to do that job but... how do you time the injector pump? You can move the pump back and forth on the slots (before you install both nuts), what is the proper setting? Full left, full right or center?
My friend I don't know what do you mean full left or full right. But if you have a pin timing you don't have a problem to change that pump, it's very easy.
@@MachineHealer thats not right, you can install the pump incorrect. I know because I'm dealing with this right now :(. the timing is not affected by changing out the injector pumps. Look at this video for reference th-cam.com/video/HzhafVQkqx0/w-d-xo.html

Check your alternator voltage supply, maybe your alternator is no good

To make sure you are in the right position
Fuel rack
is not a timing pin, it is for the feul rack (how much fuel is injected).
