Magnitude 6.3 on October 16, 2019
Magnitude 6.6 and 6.1 aftershock on October 29, 2019
Magnitude 6.5 on October 31, 2019
Magnitude 6.9 on December 15, 2019
and still counting today

the shaking was so intense, you can actually see the light post swayed back and fourth. i'm glad the driver in his wise instincts let off his foot from the accelerator pedal immediately to slowdown the vehicle applying brakes to pull over on the asphalt shoulder.
it is a must because if your cruising at 100kph and if the driver wasnt aware of it and still speed up during that strong ground shaking, imagine what will happen on connecting rods on the front steering mechanism.
literally the threads on the rods will worned in an instant (biglaang pagka upod nung thread sa rod) causing misalignment on the front wheels, thus making it harder or difficult to steer...
They were on the bridge. That's very dangerous
They stopped on the bridge because they can’t continue driving because it was still shaking, that would make them crash, or worse drive straight off the bridge and onto the cliff. I heard the mother told the father to go on until they’re off the bridge.

I wonder when the driver realized it was a quake and not something wrong with the truck? I was driving through a parking lot during a earthquake, about a 6.8. My SUV started wobbling and I thought I was losing a wheel or a kid had jumped low on the running board and was rocking the vehicle. It was only once I stopped and got out and heard the wiring slapping around the inside of a light pole did I realize what it really was.

First time ako nag-experience ng lindol, 4 years old pa ako. Nasa Ilocos Norte kasama ang pamilya ko. Nang nagsimula ang lindol, hindi ako nag-panic, umiyak, o sumigaw. Nalito ako. Good thing okay ang pamilya nyo. Hope everything else goes well. Stay safe and God Bless.

Actually 6.3 po talaga siya base sa tala ng america. Pero dito satin it was originally 5.7 but upgraded by phivolcs to 6.1
