I've been to the Underworld many many times, but have never been there when it really bounced. They have so much skill and energy they even threatened to wear out this 76 year old headbanger. Next time must be a bigger venue as their audience grows. Thank you Yukina, Hettsu, Matsuri and Chika for one of the best gigs I have seen in a very long time..
Underworld has been my usual fav venue to go to for up and front personal gigs with the crowd and bands 😁 but admittedly they deffo need to perform in a bigger venue like Electric Ballroom or even KOKO since it was way too hot and packed this time around 😅 Much respect for a gig veteran like yourself to enjoy the modern sounds these young bands put out 🙏 age truly doesn't matter when it comes to music 🤘😁
@@ThyHarvesting You would of loved Rio Rocks in Bradford, slightly bigger venue but much better set out than the this Venue! Seen some amazing bands there over the 90s🤘

They are a kick ass live act. World class in my opinion. Thanks for the upload. Its hard to get a true idea of what their concerts are really like on YT. Yukinas screamo and the band is just so brutal live but you did pretty well to capture it here. Hopefully I'll be able to see them live again in December in Australia. My experience with Hanabie and Nemophila in Nagoya just went so quickly on the night that I need to see more more more. hahaha.🤘❤🤘
Thank you for watching and enjoying my footage of the show 🙏😄 indeed they were amazing live and I hope you can see them in Australia for Xmas season 🤘😁
I was there incredible band live. My favourite song of theirs is "We Love Sweets" followed by run away. It was so hot there i was covered in sweat from head to toe
Hopefully the next time they do another London tour it'll be in a slightly bigger and better ventilated venue as we all ended up sweating way too much 😅 but that's proof of us all enjoying an amazing gig 🤘😉
I was on Matsuri's side in 2nd row, I've only just regained full hearing in my right ear but my god I would do it all again they were already up there in favourite bands but seeing them live cemented them at the top
One of the reasons I started to use ear buds a few years ago 😅 I'd love to relive this gig as it was such a fun experience 😁 I asked them if they had plans for doing another London gig and they are eager to come back again whenever it's possible 🤔...so here's us hoping to see another HANABIE tour next year 🤞😁
They were loud with Nemophila in Nagoya as well. I could feel the vibration inside my leg bones from Hetsu's bass when the crowd separated from the 40 foot high speaker near me. hahaha. I'll be ear budding next time. Best concert Ive ever been to though.
Cheers for recording! Shame about the overheating issues. I last saw Ningen Isu at Underworld in 2020 and it was a similarly great crowd. I saw Hanabie in Milan for this tour.. and after that gig tried my best to get tickets for Frankfurt too (had just seen FATE-GEAR there last month in July) .. but it was impossible at that point. They seemed to use random local prebands for this tour.. so maybe next time they can bring another band over from Japan with them and definitely book larger venues \m/
Thanks for giving my Giglog a watch 🙏😁 and yeh it was unfortunate how much heat was compressed into that small venue but hopefully the next time they announce another London it will be in a bigger venue with another Japanese support band that usually don't have the chances of touring outside of the Asian borders 🤞😄
It was an awesome gig and glad I made the travel down to London to see them, they really blew my expectations out of the water and it was cool getting to meet them afterwards and getting merch signed. Hopefully they come back soon. But jeezo the place was a hotbox.
Glad to hear you had a good time in London to see this gig 🙏😁 Underworld is great for up and close gigs with bands but no doubt too hot for compressing so many people in a sold out show 🤔 literally almost fainted in the pit during the encore after attempting to mosh 😅 Thanks again for watching and yeah I hope they return for more tours in the next coming years 🤘😁
You're welcome brah 🙏😁 it's not exactly a full show recording (as I didn't want to annoy the peeps behind me too much 😅) but I hope the footage I got was good enough to showcase how amazing the gig was 🤘😄
Domo Arigato for watching my video 🙏😁 it definitely feels like they're the next Babymetal wave but with much more energy, Hardcore Punk edge and more instrumental action rather than choreography 😏👍
@@slxdeprod imo not so much the Deathcore side of the spectrum (as Myspace era Deathcore was much more "br00t4l" and darker sounding with bands like Chelsea Grin, Carnifex, Whitechapel and Suicide Silence being the norm at the time), but deffo some mid to late 2000s Metalcore/Electronicore and even Crabcore vibes 😏
@@ThyHarvesting you're right, they do have more metalcore breakdowns. But Yukina's vocals are as damn close to that level as I've ever seen a girl get ngl
I saw them in Frankfurt, same size of venue, maybe a bit smaller and it was one of the best concert I‘ve ever seen! Chika was an absolute beast on drums…unbelievable that she only plays for a few months in this band! Yukina became one of the best female growlers in the world and is the cutest badass around! Matsuris vocals are gorgeous and her playing was perfect! And what shall I say about Hettsu? Cute, always smiling, headbanging and working the crowd constantly! Her playing was precise and together with Chika the best rythm section you can get!🤷♂️ Hanabies European Tor wasn‘t a tour, It was a triumphant procession!!! Greetings from Germany and thank you for your video! 👋
@@thorstenkrieger6289 thank you for watching and commenting brah 🙏😁 and indeed the whole band had amazing stage presence, crazy to realise the band is fairly new and still managed to pull off such a successful tour with a great impact! Hoping they do another future world tour, especially one that can feature bands like Passcode, Sever Black Paranoia, a crowd of rebellion or even Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas so us westerners finally have the chance to see more legendary Japanese bands live 🤞
