One would assume scissors ✂️ would work better in this situation! Dumb people everywhere I guess. Definitely would have been much quicker than trying to stop the little thing from the discomfort of tugging and being drugged! Poor creature. Just leave it alone! I’ve seen worse on monkeys and yet they recover just fine. Jane’s daughter Janna had a huge back injury and she’s fine now. No intervention just her mom’s tongue.

You really are wafting through an imaginary field of daisies aren't you? Just so you know, this "vet" is not a vet, but is a pet shop owner. When the simplest things regarding safety or keeping Lori from exacerbating her injuries are blatantly ignored, there is all the proof you need. This is a show for the viewers for ad revenue. I know others will not agree with me, but not even the simplest, first-procedure tactics are being practiced here. She has been free-thrashing since they took her again. The constant fondling, nose rubbing, touching, holding, moving, waking her - ridiculous. I know people want to believe the best here. But I just dont know how one can continue to do that when so many facts of the opposite are on full display. This suffering is being exploited for viewers and clicks.

Her leg and arm movements mean pain even though it looks like a seizure but you can tell when she walks her right leg may have a break or out of joint

I think some people just love to watch the suffering. Monkeys aren't humans, but they deserve care too!

seems it would be safer to remove the bad portion of the tail and just deal with a small section to heal instead of try to heal up all of the damaged area, plus a stitched close wound heals faster than raw open skin.
Really like seeing how great people can be. This video is a good reminder that there are wonderful people in the world

Humane euthanasia done by a qualified professional is the only treatment that should be done at this point.

I was thinking: since they've kept these two alive and limping along, with some intermittent care, video recording every twitch...at this point, us what they are doing considered 'animal abuse', and if so, can we report it to TH-cam? Maybe if the video never even airs they'll have no choice but to let the stars of the show go. If enough report it, this may work.

I'm glad all sanitary procedures ( latex gloves, sterile bandages, etc) have been put in place for the monkey and human alike! Ok, except for the floor , and the tail with the open wound and the humans and their bare feet. This is hilarious. Do you people expect all of us to take this procedure seriously? Holy shit! In the future if you have a wound like this you might want to try vaseline dressing first then put the wrap over the vaseline gauze. It will not hurt as much when you change the dressing.

Lorie had a remarkable recovery àt WLA.but I don't think good enough to forage and màke it on her own. A lot of people sent them money for her càre so they filmed her a few times. 😘♥️👸🏻♥️🙏🏻

Делают прежде всего для съёмки, для себя, для денег. Они здоровых детёнышей держат до половой зрелости, а потом сдают на ферму. Не буду говорить зачем. А тут больной детенок. Сейчас поснимают и избавляться. Я тоже сначала умилялась всему этому. А потом мне глаза открыли. А я все думала, а куда же они больших девают обезъян??? Все очень просто.

She hasn't been having seizures it the shooting pain and itching of her tail and she can't get to it like when she was waiting for the vet she kept waking up a moving her hands and legs it is the tail causing it and she don't know what to do with the itching and pain you ever have a cut that was healing or infected and how it itches well same thing here
Now two of them get better from yesterday. Vet cute some tail out to avoid from infected! Everything will be good . many thanks for watching and subscribe me !

It's such a pity that if Lori had injured her tail and Ameri had been rescued right away when she was blind, she wouldn't have fallen from a high place and injured her head. It too long ! Many something bad about her! I got injured and falling down from the gate of Bayon Temple! We try to help them and now she stay at Tamao Zoo that help from Wildlife!
She fell 18' out of a tree & was hit by a car also

It stings plus the end of her tail is sensitive. It is the end of her nerve system. Poor girl. Why aren't they talking to her to side her a little, so she would feel safe, not scared and take her mind off her pain.

How in the world can you say she is better? She is still not able to stand or walk without falling over. That says a lot about you and wanting money. You say that just to have people watch the video. You all do not care about the monkeys. You all are so heartless watching Lori suffer because that is what is happening.
How well do you think you would do if you fell 15 or 20 feet on to concrete.
White Crow - I know some of the VO's care, but from the videos she is not getting better. What method do you use to say she is getting better? On the video, she is still falling over, she cannot stand on her own and cannot walk. That is not getting better. Understand she has had many injuries to her head and when that happens there is brain damage. Just like with humans, if a person hits their head many times, there will be unrecoverable injuries to that person. I wished she could have grown up to be an adult, but the circumstances she has faced, she will not. The group does not want her to take her mom's place and they will do what they need to do to get rid of her. I am not there but seeing the way the treat her she will not make it. She never really recovered from when she was hit in the head. If you watch, she was never able to walk like she did before the hit. She had problems climbing trees. Just look at videos before these things happened and then look at current videos and you will see the difference. I was pulling for her but when an animal is suffering that is not fair to them. I have 8 dogs and 14 cats and many others that I had to take to the vet so that he can give them the shot for them to go to doggy/kitty cat heaven because they were sick. It hurt like hell for me. I love(d) my babies to not let them suffer. I would cry for weeks after doing that. Lori is suffering and if you accept it or not, that is what is happening.

Looks like she fell onto her face her mouth is swollen, would explain why she is not making to many sounds. swelling should improve over the next 2 days and start going down. Would also explain why her head is stiff and no balance.. She is a tough girl and if she can ever pull through all this will be one tough adult...
So what exactly happened to Lori and Amari? It's like one day they were fine the next Amari is blind and Lori has a tail injury and can't control her body again. I've check many videos but can't find what happened. And how did they end up at that other place and why did they get involved and take them?
It long time now for remind her story . Lori got serious head trauma after falling down from the gates of Angkor Thom . Amari has blind so we try to help them and asking Wildlife alliance for rescue them . Now they are at Tamao Zoo . All of them are Ok now . More better

the tail needed stitches- and a rinse under water and disinfectant- Also this baby needs to have something to hang on to- like a big soft stuffed animal- not laying on a hard, cold floor

I agree, she needs more comfort, to be held while taking care of her tail , I would be holding her , telling her that she will be alright, but Thankyou for taking care of this precious baby
What this baby needs is a vet...that is not a vet caring for her. She needs to be lightly sedated, and then have the cleaning and re-wrapping done in a fraction of the time these clowns are taking. I'm a vet and you can't expect an animal, adult or baby, to just lay still indefinitely while someone who is all thumbs takes forever to do a simple bandage change. And no, animal bites should not be sutured (stitched) closed. They need to heal from the inside out to avoid trapping bacteria in the wound to abscess.
What they use is the best desinfect ion in that case.. Betaisodona, it is a multidesinfectant.... and no water should be used!!!! I know because I am a Woundmanager, studied it an I am specialized in Wound treatment! Beside of that you CAN'T stich an old wound, if you do that the wound gets septic and necrosis on that tail... the wound is too old!
