it is all about staying calm and knowing what your next objective is i suppose. if you're new or inexperienced, you'll jump straight into a game, die and then be confused on what you need to do next. which can cause panic, nerves and emotions. these guys never really get to the point where they just wander around or do stupid shit. it seems like they've always got an option or a plan at any point in the game. it just seems like these guys just play the game, and do everything right even if they do get fragged at a nasty point in the game, so why would they ever get upset.
It shows that czm used to be a pro player, his comments are spot on. And so are those of the guy who also used to be pro and is a commentator (not in this clip), I think his name is "too good" or something like that. He went on to develop an FPS game.
