Don't know your location. But multi full size car swap meets in WI have hundreds of vendors with buckets full of rebuilds for cheap. Heading to Iola next week myself to get some.
The Flattery is a Drop Tops car, that was one of the cartoony-styled cars they tried selling in the 2000's, much like the Tooned cars. However they did not sell well. the Chrysler is a Blings car, which is another cartoony type of design from that time, it's a shame these became rare nowadays because this is the sorta stuff I wanted to collect at first lol

Oh and, the first two cars on that Heat Fleet pack are: Oldsmobile Aurora, and a Police Cruiser (also named Police Car), which is a redesigned casting of the Holden Commodore from 1991 (that car was only released as a Holden Commodore in 1991, and for some reason Mattel kept using the same casting during the 90's, but as a generic police car)
