- Automated home tour. Dolby Atmos Home Theater. 170" Screen, 3 Waterproof tv's, Lazy River and more.
This home won Gold Home of the year last year. It's a full Home Tour. the only space we didn't get in was Master suite and Master Bath where there is a third Waterproof Seura TV. There is also a full Arcade in the home but the clients last name is on the wall in Neon so I skipped it. This home is 13,000 sqft and has so many features I doubt we covered even 80%. The home is fully automated from Shades to lights, Thermostats, Audio video and extreme outdoor Audio for the most amazing backyard we have been a part of. This was a special job and a special client.

Stunning work! I can only imagine the hard work that went into wiring the house, especially outdoors!
it was pretty real. Nothing out of the ordinary though. Just had to work through some challenges. Thanks for watching.
Great vid as always. I have a request. Can you do a vid on properly aligning a 16:9 screen with the LS12000? Thanks again.
Absolutely. You mean just like lens shift focus etc. LIke properly setting up a projector? I am desperate for ideas on content people want. Keep requests coming. so happy to ablige.
@@TheaterAdvice_FCAV Yes, setting up the projector properly. That is exactly it. I am finishing up the remodel of my room. I got LS12000 and I will be doing the install myself instead of having a professional do it. This will be my first install. Another good idea is the pros and cons of ceiling mounting vs shelf mounting a projector. Thanks again for your help.
Cameraman killed it in this video
I am sure he will appreciate that.
❤ Jesus that house is huge. Congrats on that project built.
Thanks. It was a fun project.
Beautiful ❤ Don’t think I would ever leave if I lived there. Awesome job. Can’t get any better than this!!
I appreciate it. It was a monster for sure.
This is so impressive!! I have Elan system wish I would have used control 4. Would I be able to convert or would it be doing everything over? I the other thing I wish I would have done more soundproofing. I have focal towers and center and surround Bowers and Wilkins. With 2 12” sunfire subs. That house in Texas is amazing. Can’t even imagine what that project cost. Great job!!
It was $150K....nothing too Crazy. Everyone has a budget for each aspect of their homes and we try to respect it. Lot to design though. You can convert....honestly if you have a bunch of proprietary ELAN stuff can cause an issue but if not it's just swapping out the brain etc. It's more robust for sure. I appreciate the comments. And it souds like you have nice stuff. All brands I love. Thanks for watching.
Gift wrapping room? The hone owner must be a Frasier fan. Absolutely amazing and beautiful home.
Yeah it's got everything for sure.
Absolutely beautiful house! Ironically, as breathtaking as the entire house is, the part that was rather lackluster was the home theater. Phenomenal build though
It wasn’t their thing. Just wanted it custom color matched. It was an interior designer. But the equipment is awesome in there and sounds great. Looks like a 170” tv with that projector.
I think the whole house is lackluster
Beautiful house, unfortunately it has more CCTV than the City of London
By design. Even my house has 16 cameras as well.
@@TheaterAdvice_FCAV Each to their own. Personally I wouldn't want to live in a Big Brother mansion.
@geodox1851 well… it’s not your house so it’s perfect then. Personally I don’t like getting robbed lol. So I have cameras. They are all outside. Cameras are a deterrent. I own a security company so I know. And we all own the NVR. Only I have access. So bot sure it’s what you think.
TVs too damn high!
Lol ok. That was your take away? I assure you we hang TVs where they should go.
Guy looks like he makes minimum wage...
Me or homeowner...haha. We both do ok. He does better...hahaha.
@@TheaterAdvice_FCAV HAHAHA. I was talking about the owner and his massive stacks
