Actually that's right. If she did a complete stop like she said and then then started to pull out and was hit in the front she would of bounced back or go pushed some to the left, not on the other end of the street in some bodies yard. She needed to have mumentim and speed for that to accour or already been crossed the stop and was hit in the rear instead. Now that can cause what she explained. Or she was hit from behind but then the Defendent would of had to be behind her not off to the side. Why leave the scene? Does he not have a valid drivers license?? Would be a reason to not stick around. And for thinking that their lies are believable. I feel bad for this young girl for being caught up in an accident that WAS her fault, but with people who are uncaring of others. This could have been a vehicle with little kids in it and he left like he mattered more. I hope this girl learned something about being very attentive while driving, and that the defendant’s make better choices and can live a more honest life going forward.

What is a moufh. She said she selling car through word of moufh.😅😂
...Quick question: If she didn't see him coming cuz he had his lights off and it was that dark out... how'd you see him leave?
Because he wasn’t in the car maybe
You can see brake lights. Orrr it could’ve been the approach was hard to see. Lighting could’ve been different going away. Many different possibilities
@@ABunchOfMeskinzTv if he wasn't in the car then he def didn't just leave
If this was in a city limits there were probably street lights.
@@anndeecosita3586 If there were street lights she should have been able to see the coming car.
WOW, Left the scene of an accident & got a away with it!! They are both clearly lying!!
I knew something was off when she showed how the accident happened and where she ended up. The direction and effect of the crash would have given a different result.
And if the Defendents Sai which was a lie but if it was true then her car would of barely been hit if it clided on there side. Again her car would of bounced back some as well as pulled to her left.
Don't need forensics to tell you that 😂
If the accident how the defendant said, the T-Bone, her car wouldn't have ended up over there, his car would have stopped her car.
JJ makes a lot of assumptions and thinks that some scenarios just don’t make sense. I’ve been in a rush and accidentally left my phone at home but that doesn’t mean I’m rushing to get to my destination.
🤣
If you have to rush to get out the door, it's not unlikely that you would rush while driving too.
Defendants were iffy, however, as JJ said at the end, It's a stop sign. The fact you had a collision means it wasn't clear to proceed. Lights on or not. The Plaintiff witness would've helped with the lights off charge but she wasn't there to be put under oath. With no lights proven, it could be an almost 50/50 case if the state has comparable negligence. Otherwise, she "ran" the stop sign.
0:08 That face is priceless 🤣
guy in the back is laughing his ass off. hahahahahahahahah
That black lady wig is terrible!!!!
Can I say something, Your Honor? 😁
That man have warrants out lol. 🤣🤣 bless his heart
Girl had a stop sign 🛑
This dude talking about seeing clearly… which eye
LOL!! That's just mean.
Do parents not teach there kids RESPECT?! YES MA’AM NO MA’AM!!!
Judge Judy said "you gonna learn today"🤣🤣🤣🤣
Just a bunch of slimy people
The lights come on automatically lol you still have to have them ON AUTO lmao and you can still turn them off 😂😂😂
I swear JJ have detective skills.
She is absolutely an interrogator. That's her main skill set.
WHEN I SAW THE DEPENDENTS EYES IN THE THUMBNAIL I KNEW HE WAS GUILTY OF WHATEVER THE PLANTIFF SAID🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The girl was at fault. She had a stop sign and didn't have the right of way.
Wasn’t his light off at 9:00 PM?
All that grilling of the defendants and they still won lol
I was rushing rushing to the bathroom
Teens always get into accidents. Says a lot.
I'm glad JJ could figure this out. I couldn't figure out what was true with everyone lieing 😅
This is a good case. I enjoyed how JJ didn’t missed anything
all those nails she paid for.. she should hv spent her money on a decent dress that fits!!
The police once told me, "If you look, but don't see, it's still your fault".
I feel bad for her because she didn't deserve to lose to liars
@@nathalieduverna6963 She did not look when she got to the stop sign. She t-boned him. There is no stop sign going in his direction. He has the right of way.
So how is it his fault again ?.
@@72Dexter72Manley72 thank you for twisting my words
@@72Dexter72Manley72 she lost her case to liars...did I say she was right NO!!!
And to be fair, he did say he 'left his house in a rush and forgot his phone' but... idk.
Sometimes judge Judy be doing to much. I understood that he only meant he was in a rush to leave his house and trust me it's easy to forget your cellphone in that kind of state I've done it.
This is why I love JJ, she knew at the very start that the defendants were gonna lose so she decided to keep the charade going to hand them their asses, call out their BS, lecture, and make them look like the selfish ass ignorance they are
A Monte Carlo has two doors it’s a coupe
He’s lying
He said “you ever leave your house in a rush and leave your phone”.. doesn’t exactly mean he was rushing somewhere just rushing out of his house into his car. I’ve done this as well .
Sometimes when you have somewhere to go you just want to get out of the house and into your car to start leaving .. doesn’t mean I had to have been rushing to my destination.
glad Judge Judy put tryron and shaniqua thru the fire 🔥
Dawg super silly 😂😂
Both defendants come up with some dozens of lame excuses about the car, not the accident.
When Jessica didn't show up, I knew the Plaintiff would have an uphill struggle!
I see why he had left the scene his eyes was cross-eye 🤦🏽🤷🏽🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
You can tell how annoyed JJ is when her hands are tied.
What a mess, their lies upon lies hiding that they used to date even though it was obvious. Smh.
I just feel sorry for the defendant’s for not being brighter.
Like from the get go.
If the sale of the vehicle WAS true, they should have done it properly and she should not have had her insurance on a car she sold. Even if it’s to a friend.
And for him fleeing the scene.
If I say why I'm here I'm going to hell.......the guys eyes....🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Man, you have to be so careful with the words you use around JJ. She will wield them like a sword against you ASAP. I bet he regrets asking her if she's ever been in a 'rush' before.
Lights do come on automatically but you can also manually shut them off. Because I had a 2001 Monte-Carlo. I don't understand the girl not having a case because if she stopped and done her part, him blowing through the stop sign is what caused the accident.
1st case: I'm shocked someone who ran a stop sign, causing an accident, would sue the other guy.
The girl is at fault.
I believe her when she said she didn't see him, which meant he probably had a burnt out bulb. Or he didn't have his lights on altogether. Was probably speeding, too.
Clearly
Poor she should’ve gotten something from those liars
This guy is 100% dealing.... Ridiculous the cops didn't arrest this guy...
Smart move by the defendants to come unto national television ...
Alright my fellow JJ lovers-
Drinking game is on like donkey Kong!!!!
Every 'Clearly' that falls from his mouth- we all take a shot!
those defendants are so flat out liars. starting lying part 1 never stopped
New drivers always have to have their first ‘bang~bang’ as my father used to say~ especially a teenager.
I don’t believe she stopped. Lol
liar liar pants on fire 🤣🤣
Leaving the scene of an accident is so terrible!
Kid had no case from start...lied about friend in car but she doesn't know why friend didn't come to court. Case dismissed
On some level I feel sorry for the plaintiff, because technically yes she was at fault, but the defendant fled the scene. Having been involved in an accident where that happened and the driver was never found, if a person flees the scene it should automatically negate any wrongdoing on the other party's side....
The plaintiffs fake wig and perfectly round hairline is sending me 😂 it’s giving sunrise. It’s giving Thomas the train.
All of that when she knew they had no case.
