This NIO House is very impressive - the generosity and the great ambience are unbelievable. The showroom offers space for some additional models ;-) Hope to see further models this year. The design of the park-like outdoor area is also really great and shows the way to a greener, more conscious future

I was just thinking, not sure how they work now, but if NIO can design it where when you get the battery changed you can still use certain features, like the massage chair and chair functions and entertainment system, like the ar/vr glasses, that would be game changing again. Maybe like a separate power source that could run those on auxiliary while the battery is changed. Like I said, not sure if they do this already

This place looks kinda remote which makes sense since it in a factory area. Does it make sense to build a NIO house there? Should it be somewhere with more foot traffic?
I believe they built a new nio house in downtown hefei, but yes you are right the location is pretty bad. There were some meeting spaces/office looking places to the left of the entrance… Probably a nio house more for where they can do training + office space for factory management and the like.
Nio probably owns that piece of land. Might as well build a Nio house 😂😂. At least that Nio house doesn't seem to be empty and dead. You can see people in there.

Hi Eric Again a nice video. But as a non-American, I would like to point out one minor issue - the sound. I know it is popular and also meant as something good - that you put background music on your recordings… My great hope, however, is that you and others find out that for those of us who do NOT have English as our first language, it can actually make it very difficult to understand - yes sometimes at all to hear what is being said. If there is to be music, use something that does not have varying heights in the music, something that is very low in relation to speech. Put another way - I love your videos, but not the music in them. I hope you understand what I mean. I want a chance to hear and understand all the things you say - they are more important to me than the music.
Yea I understand! Sorry for that. I’ll try to make sure any music doesn’t conflict with the speech. I didn’t say much in this video so I thought to put some music to liven it up. Thanks for the feedback !
Pease don’t be sorry 😇 I just want to make sure you get the best out of the channel, and since I'm a trained photographer and have worked with video professionally, I just fall over these little things. And it is, after all, something that can be done/corrected without it costing you anything. And I'm not saying you should not use music, but it should be volume-wise not be more than 1/3 of what the speech is - maximum, then you can turn up when there is no speech. Personally, I have always run with 10% on the music track in volume and 100% on the main track / speech, and it has worked ok. But it also depends on the music…. As a customer, such NIO house is marvellous as its like joining a private club. As an investor, this worry me on the expense in maintaining NIO house.

How do these houses work, are the drinks complimentary?
You can use nio points or real money. You can earn nio points in a bunch of different ways. Nio house is exclusive to nio car owners.
