Tim's is actually Tim Horton's coffee/donut franchise chain from Canada and some in the US, more like a Dunkin Donut chain. The crazy thing is that there are more Tim Horton's outlets in China now than there are in Canada !

It was likely just beijing though, and maybe i got unlucky with the weather. During my transfer in shanghai a month later it was clear, but I cant say that its always clear haha.
