Randy's designs are more elegant, wearable & usually less expensive.
Prina's ostentatious, lingerie looking bodiced extravaganza's are usually seen as attractive to those with lavish finances available, without class & elegance getting in their way...
They all look a bit trashy. Not a fan of any of them.
You got that right Janet!
Have to admit, overall I like Randy's designs better, so I agree with you.
I agree
This is kinda Frederick's of Hollywood from like the 90's style
Nailed it.
Yes! @hopescope
TELL THESE GIRLS TO SMILE AND AT LEAST ACT LIKE THEY ENJOY BEING IN SUCH BEAUTIFUL GOWNS
To all who’s asking about black ribbon: 7th October 2023 was a catastrophe for Israel. Mass murder, torture, rape and kidnapping of Israelis. The start of ongoing horrific war. Pnina is Israeli and a Jewish woman. She also served in IDF as any Israeli do. Her name means “pearl” in Hebrew. I am very touched and proud she displayed it in her show.
Thank you for sharing that information as I was wondering what the little black ribbons were for
The designs are 99% costume-y and mostly give an “evil queen/stepmother” vibe without the classy taste.
Most of the gowns look like extremely expensive nightgowns and lingerie. For the bride who wants maximum advertising of the goods, these are great!
Right...cuz it's important to advertise the goods in front of mom and dad..and the grandparents and your five year old flower girl. Good God. LOL
Remind me of ladies at a boudoir
Miss Kitty at the Long Branch Saloon...if you're too young, just Google it 😂7
I kept thinking why not just put a huge bed at the end of the aisle or maybe just toss some pillows on the alter.
The skirts on the dresses always look lovely but the continual use of wearing the bustier underwear looks as if the dress is waiting to get the top finished
That see through bustier is in at the moment. Brides aren't as modest these days.
Agree. And also, the look is kind of been there done that. Nothing new, very repetitive thruout many shows.
@@vickietownsend5944 I'm in total agreement. I think that's all she knows how to do. I guess she is designing for Vegas show girls.
@@Cantetinza17 It's been at the moment for 10 years. Enough is enough. It's a formal she has, sort of like a Stephen King book. It's not about modesty, it's about having some class and I'm not referring to classic.
Lindos modernos amei
These are incredible red carpet show stoppers but I would never get married in any of these gowns.
i agree to expensive im not tall
I liked the skirts on some of the dresses but would definitely want the bodice lined and maybe some lace straps with sparkle.
The ball gowns and the gloves spoke to me and the last one the mermaid was breath taking! Her love of detail and fitting is evident in all the gowns❣️
Yes I much preferred the solid corset on the final piece with equisite detail in the boning, and the trumpet skirt is divine.
I agree Randy collection is more emotionally intimate with feminity elegance!!❤❤
Nice collection! There were some pieces that I really liked but she overuses the corset look.
YA THINK? LOL
So Lovely Elegant & Beautiful 💕💕💕💯💯💯
Don’t care for the corset tops. Save those for the bedroom. I do love that white satin one, with lace over piece.
Her gowns are stunning but I agree, there is a lot of corsets that often take away from the beauty of the gowns themselves.
Waaay too many. I've only seen one or two of her dresses that I liked on SYTTD, and they weren't corseted.
Vegas show girls!
RIGHT! Nott how the average lady wants to display herself at the wedding though. Maybe on the honeymoon in Bermuda but not in Church with gramma.
The first one would be great for a Vegas wedding or even a really fun reception dress. The jumper is stunning. All of them are stunning .
They all look like they were designed for Vegas, showgirls that is.
Could someone tell me what the litter black ribbon on each dress represented. Love the collection. ❤❤
I’m wondering this too
Mourning
Very beautiful!!
I just haven't been able to get on board with the lingerie style wedding dresses. Maybe I'm a little old fashioned and think all brides should be princesses on their wedding day!
the whole collection is beatiful, but a love the last dress is amazing !!! you can see that the model is so happy to wear it ,she is smiling!!!
Brides who want class and elegance should look elsewhere. This collection is trashy.
Well see now that's what I just said above in a response to someone elses comment. I just maybe said that slightly differently is all. LOL
Vestidos con toques modernos. Aún así son una preciosidad 🌟
I love the swag and attitude!
the first dress absolutely love and would of worn back in my skinny days!!! The last dress...a STUNNER!!! Loved it.... Pnina looked so small next to those models.....lol
Just imagine standing at the altar in one of those getups 🤣
Pnina's collection has a very theatrical style, with a few numbers looking exactly like Nolan Miller circa 1980s... perfect for Crystal and Alexis! Hate the butt bows, love the 3D flowers
Exquisitely done I absolutely loved ❤each one of those gowns they all were so beautiful. ❤❤❤❤❤😊
Looking at these dresses wishing I was young again, they are totally beautiful hand clap to the designer.🌍👍🌍🍀🌍🎉🌍✌️🌍😘🌍💯🌍💃🌍🎁🌍
All stunning. My favorite was the last one, and so nice to see the model smiling!
Tornai - designer growns for "hochie" brides!
I only saw three that I like
Me, too! Is this the Emperor's new clothes? Why does everyone like this? Don't get it. Most everything was so very tacky. Swarovski has fewer crystals and Victoria's Secret fewer bustiers. Why, just why?
It’s hard to see these dresses coming down the aisle at First Baptist.
A more glamourous venue is called for.
As always beautiful designs ❤️
Pnina Tornai - never disappointing ! Gowns are beautiful ,modest ,modern and classy ! Beautiful collection !
The silk, form-fitting dress with the lace bolero/sleeve thing was hands down my favorite. I love a lot of the fabrics she uses-- they move so well and look very high quality, but I hate that 90% of the gowns are see-through. The boning and skin showing makes the dresses look unfinished and lingerie-like. I guess not everyone is a Pnina bride as far as taste goes.
Disappointed in this collection. I’m probably out of touch with current styles but I just don’t care for the bustier look.
Bustier look is in at the moment.
I was so hoping we'd be done with the open corsetting. Apparently, not so much. I'd like to see wedding gowns come down the runway rather than lingerie posing as wedding apparel.
Agree. Looks like an 1800’s brothel instead of brides
I don’t like the bustier look either.
I agree, and also the boned transparent bodice look has been around for way too long
This collection is soo stunning and very fancy too 🤗🤗, Pnina did a spectacular job ^^
What is the black ribbon for?
Pnina is a very talented designer and has found what certain people want. I used to like her designs more as I am more conservative and think now she is making wedding gowns that look, to me, like they belong in the privacy of the bedroom. I used to think if I got married again I would want one of her dresses, but not so sure now. These days I am very drawn to some of the Indian designers for traditional bridal gowns as they wear in India. They are taking the best from both Indian and Western designs. I really like the one at 4:40 with the long sleeves if it was not so sheer.
Very well said.
👍👍👍🎯 You got that so right
There beautiful Pnina always a good job and very original ❤
Wow, Wow, Wow!!!!
My favorite is the last one, but, the other are,as usually by Pnina Tornai,to make the bride looking as a sexual objekt!!I would like to see the eyes of the priester!I am sure he loves pnina😊
What is the black bow for?
It's apparently a sort of universal symbol for mass loss....like in a war or genocide or disaster....but I have no idea of the relevance here.
Venía a preguntar por lo mismo, todos tenían la cinta negra.
Pnina is Israeli. Most likely that is what they are for.
7th October 2023 was a catastrophe for Israel. Mass murder, torture, rape and kidnapping of Israelis. The start of ongoing horrific war. Pnina is Israeli and a Jewish woman. She also served in IDF as any Israeli does. Her name means “pearl” in Hebrew. I am very touched and proud she displayed it in her show.
@@penthesilyaThank you, was wondering also.
I can’t imagine walking into a church in see through!
Now if I want to be a Star Trek bride, there's a dress for me.
I wouldn't wear any of these dresses as a 50 yr old woman, but Pnina's designs are all about luxury and fantasy. Well done.
Really lovely collection.
Innovadora colección de Pina ....moderna de avanzada creatividad ....me gustó !!!!!!!❤
Pnina always has beautiful gowns.
Pnina great job! 🌹
Absolutely gorgeous 💕💕💕
Beautiful. Why are they wearing black ribbons?
Miss Pnina, you have outdone yourself once again.
I think these are all fabulous!❤️
So she is branching out Into evening wear and nightgowns.
I loved the sparkly gowns
This collection looks more like a gown that would be worn to a small family wedding!
The pant suit is beautiful!
glad to see they have SLOWED down the walking - makes the fabrics siiiing thier own song
Why the black ribbon?
What does the black ribbon the models are wearing stand for?
For the right woman$$$$
Preciosa colección 👏👏👏👍❤️🌹
So many neg commrnts🤦🏾♀️ shes did da cookie cutter dresses for years u do have to design 4 all brides and not all brides want a cookie cutter dress... i applaud her 4 steeppinv out and gjving us sumthing different...🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
I thought that the collection was beautiful. Really geared for the bride who wants to "let it all hang out."
Amazing ⚡️
As a bride to be in her 40's with over $25,000 to spend, I was shown some of her dresses whilst in the States. I am guessing that her market is the 20 year old Florida/LosAngeles/Las Vegas type marrying the new money millionaire. The shop owner hushed the sales assistant away with a comment .... "This lady will want something elegant and upmarket". She was right. These dresses are perfect for the off the peg market she is designing for ..... I am sure that if you asked her to design a custom one-off to wear at York Minster with a society castle reception, that she could do something wonderful but pared back.
I've seen her other collections and was expecting this to be just as stunning. But it wasn't.
What are the black ribbons to memorialize for
Gorgeous dresses. Is the black ribbon for Israel?
i think so i was wondering myself as well
@@KimKim-pp5fnin the Jewish religion this is the sign of mourning. The ribbon is pinned on the mourner then cut, signifying the Biblical 'renting of garments.'
Yes
😍😍😍
I love the sleeved dress. Didn’t she have an issue with someone taking her name and brand?
The shoulders are weird. I don't like the puffy shoulders. It's a wedding gown, now a power suit.
That pretty from paper drawing fo runway you can see the work. Look at the one with ruffles.
What is the black ribbon commemorating ?
I'm sorry, but designers are confusing a wedding ceremony with the honeymoon. Besides, just because an outfit is white, it doesn't make it a wedding dress. The dresses are GORGEOUS, but they look more appropriate for a red carpet/fancy party event.
Beautiful!!! Just not fond of the sleeves that drop down. The last gown made me gasp!!!
What the hell was pnina thinking 😮😮😮
black ribbons?
O my word - the '80's is making a slow comeback. Sad state of affairs. Loved the 70's inspiration but the sheer look needs to go FAST.
4:37 parece lencería
What’s with the little black bows on the left top of dress?
A few of these gowns were so amazing they put tears in mh eyes.
Looks more like fancy white night gowns and underwear
My favs: 0:47, 7:51 mostly the rhinestones
I guess they want people to be imagining the wedding night instead of listening to the ceremony and the vows. I just don’t get the transparent wedding dress thing. It’s kind of trashy. I wonder if many brides put a lining in their dress?
Actually these are toned down from her usual body hugging, see thur with huge crystals everywhere. Quite a few flowing skirts and no crystals.
Not bad gowns to wear in the boudoir.
Piñata Tornai is no match for the Royal collection wedding gowns !! Those Royal gowns are stunning and breathtaking !! These gowns all look trashy and cheap not worth $25.00 !!
Thank you gor remembering Israel Pnina!
Наряды для торжественного мероприятия получились ВЕЛИКОЛЕПНО
модели ВОСХИТИТЕЛЬНЫ
Махамбетова Татьяна
See through gown forget that. Others with all that frill on the gown. that was ugly. only 2 I liked, the rest she needs to do a much better job on.
Lovely, Modern, Chic. If I had the figures I'd wear them all!
2 o 3 ,beautiful .I'm sorry is to much 😮😢😅😊
Bustier after bustier after bustier is a yawner 😢
Well now, let's not get crazy. As man, in my own review all I said was does the average bride want it to be all about showing off her ..uh...chest? LOL I didn't say I DIDN"T LIKE IT! LOL....I just can't imagine most normal woman want to do that at the church is all! LOL
The first dress looked like a red carpet event not a wedding dress
loved the audiences reaction to the guy
which one?
@@ceciliapreziose3783 hard to tell isn't it. Watch the couples face center stage
"The guy"? Oh no, don't tell me there was grown ass man wearing a wedding dress? I didn't watch the whole video but got the gist of what this designer was about. Don't tell me I'm gonna have to rewatch this entire thing to get a good laugh?
@@chriswilson4112 he's doing the one thing the women aren't doing
Oh, honey…I don’t know how to tell you this, but every single one of the models in this particular show is trans (and they’re all beautiful!)
