You have had a rough stretch down there... when you can't even get to feeding the cattle is a nightmare. Surprisingly up here it's been calm for about 80% of the winter so far, but the other 20% has been nasty, mainly dealing with the snow that hasn't changed much at all. I think you guys have taken all the wind in Janurary, it's been eerily quiet mostly.
The twin screws are heavier from my research The single screw is less parts but much taller but being taller it helps when you put large round bales in
I'm sorry to hear that you have suffered stock losses as a result of really bad weather. Any amount of snow coupled with 50mph wind let alone drinking water issues, due to the cold, is a recipe for a farm scale disaster with livestock. I do hope that the rest of the winter period is not as severe for you all.
Very nice Ted!!!!👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks ben.... appreciate ya stopping over
Good luck with your new
“Purchase “. Hope you get a lot o good service out of it. Better keep soaking that finger in cider.
Thanks lolol
Great video !!
It was cool how you rigged the camera on the loader bucket so it would video you dumping.
I would be afraid the camera would fall off.

More snow today…. More snow this year than we normally get in five
Nice looking mixer. Benefits on a big single screw vs small twin screw?

We needed the moisture but just are not use to this much snow at once
How many pounds is that load ?
I think that load was 6500 lbs. around 3600 of hay
@@tedkahler9738 thanks
Yikes, you’ve had a tough go of things lately. Hopefully easier going forward. Nice mixer
