I'm 16 and have watched corn for years, i feel like I've watching corn for my entire life, now im almost into stage 5. and its really scared me, imagining how my life will turn, i have tried millions of time trying to stop but i never did. I finally realize that the reason my relationship never last was because of this thing, and i really hope i can stop this. if ur 16 or younger and in the same situation as me, pls know ur not alone.
May Jesus set you free my friend. Maybe you now don't want to hear about this. But I was very much in the same situation as you. I know for a fact you can do it❤
I'm a follower of God, and I watched the video , because I've been struggling this addiction! I'm having alot of shame and guilt. When i discovered this video, i learned that this addiction depends of what i do in my past. Sorry for wrong grammar🇵🇭
Thank you for sharing your experience. It takes courage to face your struggles, and it’s amazing that you’re seeking ways to overcome them. Shame and guilt can feel heavy, but remember, every step you take toward healing is a step worth celebrating. You're not defined by your past, but by the choices you make moving forward. 🌟 What’s one thing that gives you hope or strength when you’re feeling overwhelmed? ❤
@Psych2go i listen to worship songs, and i ask God for wisdom. I cannot explain it properly, but what i mean is that God is my hope, and i can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. I'm sorry for being unclear. As a guy who gave my life to God, it's really hard to explain. The guilt you will feel is really different and hits hard, because Jesus died on the cross to save me(including everyone) and i chose Sin over him. Sorry for the wrong grammars🙇

Thanks for the vid, I am in stage 2 and trying to recover. Before I enter the deep hole, the channel always comes and recommends the video when I needed.
I was struggling with this for most of my teenage years and now luckily I’ve been clean for almost a year now Being in a healthy relationship really helped make that possible for me
I'm a 47 year old man who has been in sex addiction recovery for 13 years due to compulsive porn use. This video sums up perfectly in seven minutes my life between ages 19 and 34, even to today. The reference to narcissistic parents at 1:22 rings particularly true for me. Two examples of cognitive dissonance that propelled my addiction were "what I'm looking at isn't bad," and "I'll never do THAT!" I will state with absolute certainty that using another person for sexual gratification is bad for the soul, and that everything I said I would never do became my addiction's next goal. My addiction took me on a ride that, had I known would happen when I was 19, I would have never gotten into porn. Excellent work, Psych2Go! Keeping the conversation going about the toxicity of porn will save young people from repeating my mistakes.
thank you for sharing your story. my ex partner was also addicted to pornography and this video details everything to great accuracy. he has stacks of pornography in his room, sex toys filling out a full large-sized drawer, art of naked women in bondage on the walls in the same house his mother lives and children visit, you’ll find sex toys, objects and assorted references in the garage, attic, and car. he would consume porn while driving, while on the toilet, while on the bed next to me. i was used to fulfil his sexual desires and his insatiable need for seeking out more and more extreme things led to him cheating during the entire relationship, even at the beginning. i was willing to stay to help him through the myriad of problems he has, but he dumped me and immediately began seeking out gay men and women in the BDSM sphere. as the video alludes at 5:35, he only saw me as a sexual fantasy; an object of satisfaction, not a person. it’s really devastating to the people affected and much more dangerous than i assumed before encountering him.
How did narcissistic parents contribute to your addiction? I wonder what makes them stand out, in contrast to basically any other mental issue (bipolar, borderline, ADHD, etc etc)
Hi man i am 19 years old Now And we can say i am between 5-6 situation such as described in the video .i got very addicted to the pornography that i do it everyday and the max number is 3-4 Its really bad and i want to stop that from happening ever again. Congratulations on 13 years of recovery; that’s truly inspiring! Your experiences and wisdom can be a beacon of hope for those who might be struggling now. Correction, *some* people will get through it. If battling addiction was so easy, why would we have so many addicts to so many things around the world ?
I use to struggle with this for around 9 years of my life and still somewhat do. Breaking away is not easy it has to start slow, You have to recognize you have the addiction that is a start and how i eventually broke it and reduced consumption of it. You can do it! I know you can ❤

You must replace pornography with another healthy dopamine alternative. Introduce it slowly and surely, such as exercising, meditation, time in nature etc. You can do it. But if you don’t have anything to rewire your brain to, and you don’t get rid of all your triggers, you will spiral into relapsing. But keep going. Let’s not give up. Thank you, this is so important to talk about! So many people are falling into addiction because it's become so normalized to watch it. Raising awareness for porn addiction is definitely a good thing! I just hope people won't misunderstand and turn this into a witch hunt... Unfortunately it's hard for most people to do things in moderation; it's usually either obsessing over something or discard it all together.
Thanks for the video! I started watching porn at age 13. I'm 29 now and idk how I'll ever get rid of porn. People try to say it's not a real addiction all the time. I'm tired of being gaslit by people who don't understand how dangerous pornography can be. I used to be addicted, I guess I still am, but im doing much better. It ruined my twenties, lost friends jobs girlfriends and many opportunities. It's hard to open up about, because of the stigma, and many dont tale it seriously. It is a drug though. Some days I struggle, but I want to help others.

If you are having a hard time battling the addiction, if you REALLY and i mean REALLY can't stop, just stay with softcore, softcore is basically just normal romantic intimacies so you don't have high expectations when in a real situation. If you really can't finish, that's a win, you already did the action but you didn't do the dopamine rush part. At that point you have to want to be satisfied even when you didn't finish. See. Less dopamine abuse, you also still get to watch some content.

I became a porn addict about 3 years ago I had lost a GF and I just spiraled badly, now in 2024 I don't watch it anymore and my meds have helped so much and i've taken some of that time to go and enjoy other activities. and thanks to being diagnosed with ADHD and figuring out that hyper sexuality was a thing. Because of all that, I have put boundaries in, and I started to become aroused again without porn, and that feeling was so weird to me that I didn't even know how to handle it. So it can get better once you put those things in. I can say I'm a reformed Porn addict. I wish I had gotten diagnosed with ADHD several years ago because I wouldn't have ever had this addiction otherwise, but this has also taught me so much that I appreciate, but wish I never got into in the first place. If you are trying to work on this, keep going, put boundaries in place so you can be prepared when you feel the urge, You totally got this and I believe in all my soul that if you are reading up to this point you will get better, but it will take effort, and some frustration, and some self love. As a minor, I've been struggling with a porn addiction for over 5 years. This has more or more likely caused me to develop hypersexuality. Since a very young age I've been very exposed mature content and a big part of my trauma has stemed from sexual situations I've been in over the years. I'm glad this channel is able to shed light on a problem that is usually seen as a burdened/shunned topic. :)
You're not alone. I experienced the same thing too when I was younger, It was challenging for me at first before I finally let go of it. Hope things will get better for ya 🫡
I was a porn addict a couple of years ago. When my mind kept on having a dangerous excitement over porn, it did many things to me. Isolation from friends and family, dirty mind, ungodly imaginations, lack of motivation, and a lack of self movement. I'm telling you guys, porn isn't a joke, it's a real problem that you can EASILY get into. At first, you will seem sexually confused, but over time, its going to be a daily activity. I have overcome porn and it COMPLETELY changed me, and it can change you. Getting addicted to porn is SUPER easy. God bless you all.
I'm sadly in stage 5, almost coming to stage 6, I feel shame to do such a thing ever since in a young age but it's just always had been the only coping mechanism to help me fight off my dark clouds, No matter what I'm just stuck with it, but I'm trying my best to remind myself that yes, it's a good feeling, but it can be harmful if I push it way tpo far, I have to turn it down sometimes too, tho I may not be able to stop my addictions, I am aware of it, and I still have self control on myself, I am ashamed but I am also responsible of it. Watching this video has helped me realized just how far my porn addiction has become, and I'm so thankful people like these in the internet make these types of videos, to help me just like me in every way possible
I got exposed way too young and it definitely hurt me. It was fun and harmless at first but I just couldn't stop looking at it bc I didn't know better. Try 40. And I don't consider it an addiction. When you want to do something else and do something else, that means you aren't addicted. Addicts can't help it - they have to do the thing, constantly. It's like with an alcoholic. They can't have just one beer. Me? I can.
This is relatable. For the video I am in stage 2 but have somehow managed to stay in stage 2 for about a year now. (Probably because I mainly associate it with fan fiction and stuff and my brain knows that’s not how real relationships work)

Yo, When I was around 10 or 12 I stumbled upon these kinds of sites, and I fell into a rabbit hole and it got worse. My mind is pretty much destroyed from all this bad content and I'm wondering if you've made a video, or are planning to, make a video about how adult websites/adult content are having a bad reputation on a child's mind. There's been more of them out there and they have little to no restrictions; I don't want anyone to deal with that sort of trauma ever. Apologies if I came off as too much info dumping, but this video will help me a lot, thank you. I've been addiction-free for 5 months now. ❤

Hi man i am 19 years old Now

You must replace pornography with another healthy dopamine alternative. Introduce it slowly and surely, such as exercising, meditation, time in nature etc. You can do it. If you really can't finish, that's a win, you already did the action but you didn't do the dopamine rush part. At that point you have to want to be satisfied even when you didn't finish. See. Less dopamine abuse, you also still get to watch some content.
I started at 14. Now Im 23 and still cant stop. I do it way less than I used to but still.. porn is pretty scary addiction.
Bro you are literally me. I also started at 14 and going to be 23 in 2 months, but now I do it 2-3 times a week. I’ve noticed that I forget to do it when I’m exercising or with other people more often. Hope that tip helps
@@Mukul69420bro im 15 and doing it for maybe 4-3 years and im stage between 5 and 6 will lust go away by age?
As long as you still use, you’re just putting yourself at risk of experiencing more negative effects, even if it’s “way less”. The sooner you quit using the sooner you’ll heal from it
Unfortunately we can't go back to being that innocent kid we once were. When life was simple and even the little things like watching cartoons or playing with our friends gave us pleasure.
Once we got older and got exposed to cheap dopamine it was over for us 😔
Been dealing with this addiction for 13 years. It isnt harmless, it ruins your life and your mind, and its never enough. Dont get addicted, and if you are, quiting now is the best time
its dangerous bc its free and u don't know that ur addicted, its not limited to guys, a lot of lives messed up because of P
I am addicted I can't quite but I will try and improvement and that's my promise
Im 14 i used to have a addiction from this, but i know im clean now, I'm around +200 days, i dont have to rely on corn anymore, and im turning 15 in January too, really glad there's alot of videos showing how dangerous corn could really be, its better to quit now than later, because in the future, everything will be so advanced you'll find it much harder to quit than before
Broo keep going and get your self on a plant based diet and exercise read the Kybalion and you are litteraly set on the path to ascendence
I lied that i am 19 when i was your age lol, things changed i guess
When i was your age, i went 2 years without it and then it started as i was under high pressure at school. Control yourself. Take care of moments you feel good about your progress and work on yourself to become less sensitive to stress and anxiety. Hope you never exeperience what i did. Stay strong.
Rock on mate, I'm 16 and I'm trying to climb my way out of this addiction.
That’s an amazing achievement, especially at your age! It takes a lot of strength and self-awareness to make that change. Congratulations on staying strong for over 200 days, and happy early birthday! 🎉 Keep inspiring others with your story-you’re proof that it’s possible to overcome challenges and make positive changes. 💪
I believe in you and I hope you have a good day or night.
You say that like you think normal sex is healthy
Thx❤️🩹 I’ll work on this
@@WyzszaKalibracjaPerspektywDefine normal sex. Define healthy sex.
In marriage because my pastor said it was okay. If healthy like special moments. Special days. Also for reproduction, and to keeps healthy relationships with intimate moments. Also god says not to judge that’s his job
@@kill_mehcheese8094 Any type of sexual stimulation is energy drainage, it is your most potent creative energy and should only be used to create a child not for your own entertainment
Ive never understood why people do this, this video cleared things up. Thanks
Thanks for this video. Have been struggling from this addiction since 2 years and began watching it when I was 11. Will now do my best to get out of this because I am very close to Stage 6, and don't want to reach it.
The notification I needed😔❤️
Just the video I needed ❤
As a minor, I've been struggling with a porn addiction for over 5 years. This has more or more likely caused me to develop hypersexuality. Since a very young age I've been very exposed mature content and a big part of my trauma has stemed from sexual situations I've been in over the years. I'm glad this channel is able to shed light on a problem that is usually seen as a burdened/shunned topic. :)
Just stop
@WyzszaKalibracjaPerspektyw Gee, thanks dude. This really cured my long term problem. I truly don't know what I would've done without your assistance!
@@Bluehour_Lullaby Hehe just be patient i relapsed like 200 times before stopped all together
Same here brother, same here. Just always think about the post-nut clarity..
You're not alone. I experienced the same thing too when I was younger,
It was challenging for me at first before I finally let go of it.
And then it just became engraved in my brain and something I do everyday. It killed my productivity and I became socially awkward and stopped making friends. Hope I can change I can't keep falling behind in life
Once you stop that when healing happens
My husband had this problem in his first marriage and it’s carried over into our marriage now. Currently in couples counseling to get help cause it’s definitely has affected the intimacy between us

I didn't know I reached stage 6 until I watched this. Seriously.
Ive had a addiction for 20 years so far and nothing bad happened to me
(Probably because I mainly associate it with fan fiction and stuff and my brain knows that’s not how real relationships work)
Im probably inbetween stage 1 and 2 because i dont watch that regularly maybe once every 2 weeks
Why not stop altogether ?
Thankyou for the video, i am an addict as of now, but after watching this video i am very self aware about how to control it and now how to get over this. Really loved it.
Very glad to be a stage two after 4 years still!
Very good video👍

its been two weeks, how did it go?
It’s scary for even kids even gacha life is a threat now so kids and baby’s could learn young by many fandoms😢😢😢 ( mostly TikTok)
It’s true, kids are exposed to so much at a young age now-it’s important to guide them and create safe spaces for learning and growth. 😢
@@Psych2goI'm gonna have to politely disagree about that.
The only reason little brats are seeing NSFW is because they think they're too good to follow the millions of warnings that tell minors not to look at it.
I have had an addiction like this. Its insanely taboo so thank you for talking about it. I genuinely struggle every day with sexual feelings because of my addiction that started during some of my formative years. Its a struggle people js dont see
Thank you for sharing this video with the world. More people need to hear it
Just think of all the trafficked people who are unwillingly being involved in these videos people put on drugs, people underage, those who cannot consent to being seen and the consequences to them. Imagine it’s a loved one experiencing this.
what about H3nt4i
0:48 I knew I wasn’t a special case but dang. I did not expect that number to be so high. What did it for me was bondage and mind control in any show targeted at teenagers. I’d watch the episodes again and again and didn’t understand why it felt good.
2:52 Real. This happens to me quite often. If only it wasn't some subconcious switch. I usually realize I wasted time afterwards.
I am 15 now i have watched corn for years and almost stage 3 now . Thank you for made this video.
Could you make a video about getting over fictional crushes? I think there are many people who are lost in the realm of fantasy, and live in a quiet despairing longing for what they know, deep down, can never be true.
If you read this comment, thank you for listening.
Saw this video passing through, and I couldn't look by it. I've kept it at stage 2 for so long because of Peer pressure and wanting to feel normal. I've never told any of my friends or family because I'm scared and not sure what do. I wish I could deal with it better

I had the page up until I just clicked on youtube I'm so happy too see this.
Yo,
When I was around 10 or 12 I stumbled upon these kinds of sites, and I fell into a rabbit hole and it got worse.
