true! He of course made no sound as usual for darktide. But they don't actually go for overhead unless they're a certain distance from you, he was point blank. And i would've been fine either way, had revenant :D Thanks for watching!
@DornIvanotic wouldn't call it a speedrun, just getting the spawns into the most survivable area, which on Sycorax, is the final room. You can see I spent 20 minutes in there clearing it out :D
@@Jaqbasd Lmao ok let's see your havoc true solo then. If you really prefer I take an hour to do this running in circles in every room, sure I'll be uploading it soon.
@@Dewmuss I'm not trying to be hostile or anything. I'm stating a fact. You arrived at the final location at 5:13, while the full run takes 25 minutes. So in order to complete 80% of the mission you needed 20% of the time. On the way to the final objective (the only one that requires action other than running) you killed exactly 10 elites/specials. This is a definition of a speedrun because it breaks spawns to make the game easier. I’m not saying that beating h40 solo is not an achievement. I’m just stating the fact that the method you used to do this is called speedrunning.
@@JaqbasdWhat you're saying makes sense, but you clearly haven't done much true soloing because you'd know the key to staying alive solo is to stay on the move. The longer you stay on the map, the more stuff will spawn, stuff will never stop spawning and the slower you move the worse it gets. I can stay alive for 20+ mins running around a single room with a revolving door of spawning enemies, what would that prove? The longer you do that, nobody is perfect, you end up making a mistake eventually and dying. Because on havoc 40, 1 mistake is all it takes. Especially when you get stuck in a room with no maneuvaribility and dying just BC you wanted to please some shitter by emptying your load into every single enemy on the map. I'm not saying it's impossible, hell I've done it several times, it's just incredibly tedious and unfun on havoc and the patience required is insane. Also, a speedrun would be taking the invisibility ult and just doing obj while cloaked then extracting without killing anything. I'll take this back when I see your run though.
Huge 🔥
You are so lucky that 7:00 wasn't an overhead
