Back a few wipes ago my friend and I were playing factory and a scav opened the door to the new area in gate 2 at that time it was just a empty room.
They overhauled the lighting! Shit looks nice!

The underground reminds me of reserve's
I feel like they did this rework so it would be harder to get gear, this was a good map for a beginner to get loot and make quick money from a scav who isn't used to playing or isn't as good. This was one of the only maps that was much easier to memorize for early players

Wow, BSG made a good change for once? Of course they had to balance it out with more shit, though (new colored key cards use limit.). Imo they kind of ruined factory. Factory was more or less perfect before. It was dead simple but perfectly laid out. Kind of like dust 2 in csgo. There is just too much going on now
they could have made a new map and kept the old factory , the new one looks so different that its rather a whole new map , even as a rework its totally different
not even gonna talk about performance. Factory was the only map I could still run in over 100 fps, now I'm screwed
@@Rosteg2406lighting is still baked into the map (3 in morning or 3 in arvo) so it shouldn't run too much worse, if there is weather tho it might not be as good
