Taida 232cc Ruckus Build 01

This Part 1, is a 232cc, Taida Build for a Honda Ruckus. My last online build of a 232cc was a liquid cooled, 4-valve Taida. This one has the normal air cooled cylinder and Taida 2-valve, large port/valve head. This is a great video for anyone seeking to build one or commision me to do a build for them. I list all the parts and components needed for the build, plus I list tips and tricks I learned along the way. This engine has the highly sought after 8.2mm stroker and 67mm piston, external oil cooler, 20 sprag HT starter clutch, etc etc....

Hi Dan if someone wanted to go to a 232cc from a regular 50cc moped would you have to get the B case to do it

Thanks Daniel, converting a shortcase to longcase so rebuilding. I have lots i tools but this is a first for scooter rebuilding for me (have done motorcycles before) what specific scooter gy6 tools could you suggest ordering that I will absolutely need.

Damn I hope you answer these comments because I need one that I can take out 70 mm I want to make it to 32 to put all my scooter I have an engine I ordered I didn't mean to I didn't know what I was doing it's a 180 with reverse it's brand new I've never fired it up I stole the years out of it which ain't nothing but I haven't mess with none of the motor part of it I didn't know if you'd be interested or not has reverse in it if you're interested let me know and I'll send you a picture of it I need to take a block

I don't know if you're ready or not I ordered an engine the wrong engine I have an engine that has reverse is 180 completely rebuilt it's brand new never run I'm trying to trade it for a long block tater get back a hold of me you got my stuff there if you're interested I'd appreciate it I got to do something

Dan I need to buy a Tate a block that's already bought out 70 mm GY6 store is mad at me I made an honest mistake and they won't let me back in or to buy nothing I sent them the wrong gear I sent them the right gear to the wrong place and now I'm a fucking liar and a cheat and a thief and they won't deal with me but I want to build a scooter engine I pay $2000 for the scooter I won 100 mile an hour out of it
