想要瘦就是管住嘴迈开腿啊~ 除非你和当归一样天生不容易吃胖。她有说她不运动的，就是天生的吧。没有那种好命的普通猪精女孩只能靠少吃多运动了。
我每天早晚两餐，确实不运动（有意愿没毅力）...我不是不长胖，但是比较容易瘦的体质。
