DEUTERONOMY 22:28-29 Doesn't say a man can rape her. It says if he does he must pay her father and marry her and never divorce her. This is protecting her because sex made you married not a preacher. Dueteronomy does not say if a man sees a woman he can rape her. Definitely doesn't use those exact words. The words from the verse (Dueteronomy 22:28-29) are not to be translated into a rape situation. Also it doesn't say if the man wants to he can keep her. In fact Dueteronomy 22:25 says if a man rapes a woman then he shall die. So it would make zero since that one verse says if a man rapes a woman then he shall die the turn around and say right after that if a man sees a woman walking in a field he can rape her. You really got to watch yourself with people like him, because he comes across as if he's so knowledgeable and speaks a lot of untruth that people who are enamored with his words don't bother to question what he's saying.
