Starbucks “Vegan” DIY Breakfast Sandwich
Hi guys, today, I show you how to make the Starbucks Impossible breakfast sandwich but in a VEGAN way. I used Impossible Sausage, Just Egg and Daiya Cheese and it is delicious!

Ingredients:
1 roll of Impossible Sausage
1 1/2 bottles of Just Egg
6 Daiya Cheddar Cheese Slices
1 package of 6 Ciabatta Sandwich Rolls
1 tablespoon Black salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°
2. Mix 1 tablespoon of Black Salt with Just Egg (mix well)
3. Pour into a greased square pan and bake for 20 minutes.
4. Meanwhile cook Impossible Sausage.
5. Drain Impossible Sausage patties.
6. Assemble breakfast sandwich with Just Egg, Impossible Sausage and Daiya Cheese.
7. Enjoy!!
You can store the breakfast sandwiches in the fridge for up to a week. Heat them in the microwave or toaster when you’re ready to enjoy.
