Love the walleye fishing. It’s the only reason I watch the channel in the winter months. I turn off the notifications for this channel during the summer months since the Alaska stuff doesn’t interest me much. So I only pick out the walleye videos from the channel that I have missed. We used to do exactly the same trip as you guys my entire childhood. It got old for me doing it in real life so I don’t care about watching that content. Nothing against you guys.

How are these carbon x reels? I mostly use a sedona 2500. But this carbon x is appealing. 5 ounces. Sedona is 8. 22lb of drag (I’ll never need that much haha)
ive been using rapala fillet knives for over 30 years. i have even rebuild the handles on my 2 knives i really like the 6 inch and a 4 inch knives works good for walleye and perch

My breading is Louisiana airfry magic , but you mentioned chic filet sauce a sauce I like using is the sauce Burger King pushes to use on onion rings I never tried it till couple months ago first on burger then fish it the bomb on both its like a Arby's horsey sauce mixed with BIG Mac Sauce with little taste of tarter sauce and dill it gos great on a Burger but I like it better on fish is really great so Jon you and Sam try that if you can maybe do taste test on fish if you do a video on sauces for fish but yeah I always turned down the thing of sauce from Burger King because I just like my onion rings by them self but now I take the cup for later to use when u do fish or a Burger at home but do try it on fish sometime
