is it worth to buy a GHD machine 4 my weak hamstrings? i do deadlifts but hams doent want to grow :s
Nope, you can keep doing GHR without that machine. Just get a place to anchor your feet and a pad for your knees or even a friend of yours can hold your feet.
add RDLs to your routine for your hams to blow up
GHD is also good for sit ups, way better than normal sit ups
What’s the difference between this and a nordic curl?
It's similar to a nordic curl but at a lower intensity by changing the "fulcrum" point. I'm programming GHR's currently then I'll move on to reverse banded nordics and hopefully full nordics.
Is that full range of motion?
What else were you expecting?
Women can do this movement easier then men because of the way weight is distributed on our bodies. Don't believe me, put a chair against a wall, face the chair, bend at the waist 90° so you can grasp the seat on the left and right, then lift the chair with your arms. If you're a man, you can not stand up straight from this position (like a good morning). If you are a woman, you can. This is a good trick for a girl to play on a guy by betting him she is stronger than him.

5 grams of var 4-5 days a week and 200-400 grams of test a week will also help you do these and look just like “her”. Keep in mind that you might want to avoid the test if you don’t want that androgynous voice.
