Boole was probably conceptually ahead of Newton and Einstein. He dabbled with relativity. He conceived of logic gates way before they were invented.

Thanks for sharing this. I've just discovered Mr Boole after reading an article in a New Scientist magazine, which mentioned his work, and wanted to know more.
I have to say, that the video seems rather dated now. It has the feeling of one of those old documentaries you were forced to watch at school ;P

I had guessed it was something like that. It's not bad at all.
And that wasn't a criticism - I find it rather charming!
The audio and visuals just have a certain aesthetic about them that I find reminiscent of
public sector information videos, if get my meaning?
