1. Promise better wages.
2. Vote for Union.
3. Collect increased portion of wages via Union Dues.
4. Pay union bosses salary and bonuses.
5. Company pays off employees to make up for higher wages.
6. Repeat.

You keep working in a right to work state I mean right to be taken advantage of! fired on the spot. No recourse for your job. make 15 to 20% less. subpar healthcare, substandard safety, and 15 to 20% less pension go ahead! I will take the UAW❤
