OMG- I’m from the vista Murrieta marching band and we traveled all the way from California to Orlando Florida to compete in the BOA - and I got to witness this amazing band tarpon springs perform in person. It was THE BEST thing I’ve ever seen and inspired me/and the rest of Vista Murrieta band to keep on working hard. This band is amazing and I love them so much they deserved 1st place 🥇🩷(also I loved their uniforms😭❤️❤️)
This marching season was incredible. Way to go Tarpon for your perseverance. The work you put in is admirable! I am so blessed to have been able to witness this amazing journey and show!

Really..? And Texas has 4 finalist.... I'm from Michigan And I clearly see the top 4 right where they belong ... All the best at what they are doing...!!
@@jwilk1281 Avon in 1st, Carmel in 2nd....Broken Arrow and Tarpon Springs had better designed and communicated shows. I won't diss on any of the finalists' performers or excellence. Just not how I saw the scores playing out. Even feel like Cedar Park was shafted somewhat.
@@jwilk1281 And with scores that close, it really calls into question why the Finals Panel is not more redundant, with more than one judge on each subcaption like DCI. DCI Fans would rage if for example, one singular judge decided the fate of the entire caption of GE Visual... a flawed system resulted in these scores and their order.
Tarpon is thrilled with their performance as they only care about doing better today. I was there after the awards and I can assure you they are grateful. As a spectator from Tarpon, I loved Broken Arrow and Avon. Unfortunately, I didn't see Carmel, but I'm sure it was great. These kids work so hard no matter the school. It is pointless to argue placement. They will go on to do great things in life with this as a great memory to guide them.
😱🤷😱🤷😱🤷😱🤷😱🤷 I HATE BOA PLAYING FAVORITES TO INDIANA SCHOOLS AND SNUBBING TARPON again. THEY DESERVE HIGHER THE PAST TWO SEASONS THEY COMPETED IN BOA STUPID CONTEST. THAT'S WHY THE BIG TEXAS BANDS DONT ATTEND .... TARPON SHOW IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN CARMEL AND BROKEN ARROW. 😡😠😡😈🤬😡😠😈🤬

WOW
They sounded so much better than Avon. I’m a little surprised they didn’t win.
Lowkey hate when the audience cheers too loud on video. It messes up the effect
How this didn't win, I'll never understand. Major Indiana bias in BOA.

@flemingpirates2081 technically Broken arrow and Carmel tied. the tie breaker was higher GE score.
