I purcased an Alexa echo 4th gen (refurbished) from Amazon. The power supply adapter was of 15W instead of 30W. There was no option for direct return or replacement. The return window will connect you to a customer care executive. I had to fight for nearly a week to get a replacement. But finally I got it and it is working fine. The original price for new Eco 4 isc10000, offer price was 5000, refurbished one was 3000.

Can you please tell me after sales service quality of these brands - TCL, Hisense, Acer etc. Feedback from few users on youtube is very bad. But question is bad feedback is only few random case or that is their standard for all cases? One important info I also want to share that Sony currently giving 2 years warranty on online models & 3 years warranty on offline models. I was interested to buy K-43S20B (online) or K-43S20 (offline) model & willing to purchase extended warranty, so that my TV remains covered for at least 5-6 years. But came to know from Sony customer care that they provide maximum of 3 years warranty. So no extended warranty possible for offline model & for online model only 1 year extra warranty is possible. Is it for all companies? Is there any way to get warranty/AMC cover for my TV for longer period?

Bhai normally flipkart ka service aisa hi hy sirf tv nahi sabhi products , flipkart customer service is so bad compare to amazon jab mai amazon se mobile khareeda aur kuch issue bataya turant return leliya amazon , same product flipkart se khareeda aur same issue tha to flipkart customer support wale to muhpe boldiya ki unka koi responsibility nahi hy ek baar deliver hogaya to .. waise 50k ka mobile tha bhai wo kismat achi thi product brand walo ne madat ki nahi to 50k to paani me 😆 so decided no purchase from flipkart

Maine ek UPS liya tha Flipkart se, and wo defective mila tha, to replacement liya, phir jo aya wo bhi defective aya, lekin 2nd time wo log easily return accept nehi kiya.
Phir twitter pe kuch din ladai hua, then muje kaha ki brand se ekbar service report le kar hime mail kar dijiye then hum refund accept karenge.
To maine wohi kiya, company ka banda apne taraf se bhi Flipkart ko mail Kiya, Maine bhi report ka photo mail kiya, then Flipkart ne refund kiya.
1 month laga pura process mai, halaki company se report within 48 hours mai hi mil gaya. Flipkart bahat slow hai

I am using this tv after three days wifi connecting problem ayi thi fir mene dubara se reset krke chlaya to chal gya tha. Baki sound video quality best hai. Picture quality best tab hi milegi agar aagr hd channel chla rhe hai agar wifi use kr rhe hai to fast speed ho fir hi picture quality milegi. Abhi tak best tv hai. But 27ko instalation wale ane the abhi tak nhi aye. Maine khud se hi install kr liya tha.
