They aint allowed to do that. The most they can get away with is having it as an unnamed attack like what they did for it in the game. Its the same reason why Film Red Shanks doesn’t have Kamusari even though his other ultimate….is literally Kamusari. The games get their license from Toei so they are only allowed to include what the anime has done and have freedom in making up moves for characters if they have to. Garp and Koby clearly have had moves in their arsenal that got displayed in the manga before they were added as DLC but due to licensing, they gotta make up moves for them or at the MOST have these moves hidden as combos
Love the suplex city moveset he has in 3, also taking off his coat/cape whatever, permanently for the whole round. He also throws bigger cannonballs during rush mode
Not gonna lie, i do kinda miss how he was the only true grappler in PW3 but the haki addition is most welcome. Plus the novelty of playing him in his prime is cool in itself, thanks for the video.

@jadeximperia5380 Yes the Gura Gura No Mi is the only fruit that could potentially destroy the world but there hasn't been any feats from it that goes over island level yet so it's safe to say that there is no one capable of using it to destroy the world yet

To be honest at first I don’t really like that the Garp move set look like wrestling on this game he should be like pure power, strength and destroy may be like smash, crash into throw something very powerful break the ground and and fist, much better with this version, but he still can be more
