I quit going to estate sales because I felt weird digging thru peoples drawers, thumbing thru their clothes in THEIR closet…. And the toiletries 🤦🏽♀️ It just bothered ME☹️☹️☹️💔💔💔
I love love love estate sales. We just went to one where so many things were never used and the prices were great, I got four clothes items for ten dollars. I love all of the copper molds, the bunnies, the basket with the floral frogs , and the Santa molds. ❤❤❤❤
I have several of the Storybook dolls from my childhood. They were beautifully dressed with lovely hair and pretty faces. This was a great estate sale.
My mother collected storybook dolls. They are not worth much. But those are in very good condition and in the original boxes, makes worth more. I'd say $24 is a fair price.
I like estate sales when they are outside or on tables and in boxes. When things are still in there places eg: hanging on the walls, it feels like I'm invading their homes.
1:19 I love a good basket 😊 1:42 that little tube holds water & you can stick a cut flower (usually a rose) to keep it alive. 4:26 omg bunnies multiply 😂
The plastic tube that’s with the frogs in the basket, you filled it with water, and then add your stem through the top, and it keeps your flower from dying too soon. That’s for like say Mother’s Day, you hand out single carnations or roses
OMG!!! I would have left that sale bankrupt. It would have been so hard not to buy stuff. So hard to choose what to buy and what to leave behind. Bet you got some awesome things Julie. TFS.
I love the copper things that hang on the wall. I have a rooster and would love to buy that chicken one. They are all so pretty. That was a great estate sale.
I can’t believe all the stuff. I have a couple Nancy Ann storybook dolls because my name is Nancy and my mom’s name is Ann🥰but wow that person had a huge collection in such great condition. So much fun!!
OMW.. Why do people keep so many things?. This is borderline hoarding. The person just passed away and people are invading their space so soon. Unless it was in the will.
I have a dear friend who collects dolls. You have to understand that some women who grew up poor didn’t get dolls for toys, so when they get old, they (usually thrift) buy dolls, because they didn’t have them as children.

The long skinny tubes w the green tops are used to keep individual flower stems in water- like if u were giving someone flowers after a play.
Great finds!
“I just hit the bunny motherload” 😂😂😂 I can’t believe how much stuff was packed in that house!
The plastic tube that’s with the frogs in the basket, you filled it with water, and then add your stem through the top, and it keeps your flower from dying too soon. That’s for like say Mother’s Day, you hand out single carnations or roses

Those tubes with the caps and point on the end are for roses, you put water in them for transport
Fantastic estate sale…dang!
The plastic tube is to fill it with water and insert a flower stem in it and it really help it survive until you get it into a vase.
Amazing estate sale. Lots of fun and cute items. I would have had a hard time deciding what to buy. 😊😊
I can definitely say that I’ve never seen a bathtub full of purses before. 😂
The little deer you said was a Japanese piece could be from WW2 occupied Japan. Can be valuable.

The metal frog clips onto the side of a vase, and the vials you fill with water and stick a fresh flower stem through the top.
Florist use those long pointy tubes with the top on it in arrangements for flowers that need extra water. Like hydrangea stems.

No, storybook dolls overall are not worth much. Some hardcore collectors might want them.😊
💗
OMW.. Why do people keep so many things?. This is borderline hoarding. The person just passed away and people are invading their space so soon. Unless it was in the will.
I always get creepy vibes when grown up women collect dolls, something is off about it. Trauma possibly..
