- 'Nottingham: Tributes Paid to Three Victims Killed in Rampage'
The three people killed in an attack on Tuesday morning in Nottingham have been named as university students Barnaby Webber and Grace Kumar, and school caretaker Ian Coates.
Barnaby was a talented and passionate cricketer, whose family him as a “beautiful, brilliant, bright young man, with everything in life to look forward to.”
Grace represented England at hockey at U16 and U18 level. Southgate Hockey Club described her as a huge talent and much-loved member.
Mr Coates worked at Huntingdon Academy. The school has said he was a “beloved and respected” member of staff.

Unless I'm mistaken, unless a previous crime was committed and it's not private property, people can wander the streets. Who do you hold accountable, except the perpetrator after a crime? Although mentally ill people have a higher tendency to commit a crime, they rarely go and do so. There is a substantially higher number of healthy people than mentally ill committing murders and mass murders. And what was his mental illness that was given as an excuse? My uncle was an ordinator of mental institution and only couple patients he worked with out of hundreds had committed any crime and no murders on strangers except their own family members or people they knew. Its a wide misconception that mental health and murders come in pairs. There was a study done that came to conclusion that out of every murderers around 10% percent would be classified as psychopaths. Hardly a rule isn't it?

I don’t feel right calling it a “tragedy” a tragedy is a house fire, a car crash, an illness. This was a disgusting and cowardly act of violence….
