Great job Youthman for this amazing content!

Beautiful Room with Great Gear! I do have a couple of comments though. 1). I started off with those Klipsch SPL subs and have since moved on to different things and then ultimately landing on DIY. You are in for a treat. A whole different level. 2). There is no real need for a miniDSP in this setup. Now, Dirac can take some learning and a lot of trial an error. But once you figure out the mic positions that work well in your room then you will end up with a calibration that will outdo anything you can do with miniDSP unless you get into MSO and things like that which are very complicated.

This was a very fun watch. I had been exposed to KayCee’s room for a while from following his journey on IG and FB but watching and hearing the entire Paul Harvey of it all just made it amazing to see. Kudos to both KayCee and Jody. Thanks Youthman for sharing this with us.

Excellent video Youthman! This question is for Kay Cee and his wife. ;) I know black velvet is being used above and below the screen about 5' out or so but I'm curious to know the paint colors used on the walls and ceiling. It appears to be some sort of black on the front wall and ceiling and blue on the side and back walls. Excellent theater!
Great room! Loved following your progress on social media. How's that Strong projector mount? No issues with the weight on the arms? What color is the walls?
Strong mount is absolutely great. The the fine grain dials make it really easy to make dial in changes. And no issue with the arms. They are sturdy. The walls are a navy blue color. And black.
Excellent set up... I love the way they're taking their time... Really lovely couple... His wife is amazing with her DIY skills... Please ask if they can share the subwoofer build when the kit arrives... I would love to see that... she's pretty good... Thanks for sharing Youthman...🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

@@gufiaito69able the only issue I come across every once and a while is it not recognizing HDr content and playing in SDR. this is rare, very rare, but when it happens i just reboot the processor and its fine. Other then that i haven't had any issues and mine is a B stock device. I would definitely get it.
More like what happens when men don’t allow the kitty cat to rule over them It’s crazy how many times they have to ask, beg, and plead like little kids at a candy store hoping to get that okay And then years later they get divorced & taken to the cleaners, wasted time that could’ve spent enjoying
This is a great video, you guys make a great duo. To see your wife envolved in the movie experence is EXCITING TO WATCH. Keep us updated on future events. Really nice and well though out home theatre set up. WHAT BLUE PAINT YOU ARE USING FOR SIDE WALLS. THANKS AND CONGRATS!
These home theaters are crazy and super cool. I wish I could hear so many of these. I just have klipsch klf pioneer elite and older klispch powered subs. Ksw 300 rw-12d and 3 rw10s . I haven't heard it yet as I'm in a remodel but these blow me away. I can't even afford that. Not even close. I only make 24 an hour lol 😆
This video is so cool and the spouse getting right into the build doing a lot of the build from beginning to the end is very important and very cool. Okay KayCee you have a lot of us on the envy side to have the wife break out the power tools. The room really looks great and I am sure that you have a great sound looking forward to seeing the subwoofers in the room. Keep up the good work I appreciate you guys showing us the room.
11:29 Third person, really? With your stage name, no less… I hope the smell of Axe body spray dissipated from his theater room… 😂 Just messing with you. Mostly.
Perfecthome theater, the only thing that distracts me so much are the gold colored subs under the screen. That would irritate me slightly but with the speaker cloth in front it looks fantastic.
Thx. We always have the grills on so you never see that. You only see it in the video because Mike wanted to take them off so it was easier to see them.
You're welcome. Does Steve have a website for HT design? I have an Idea of best practices I've learned from Anthony Gramani but would love a design from Steve. Thanks
Teamwork makes the dream work! Team player all the way, reminds me of my wife. This is real, everyday folks putting in the work and sweat and planning for their hobbies.
Another great video Youthman. Thanks for sharing your room with us Kay Cee and Jody. I absolutely love my Triad Gold LCR's as well. These are a speaker that need to be heard, properly setup, to really appreciate how dynamic and clear they are. Steven Smith designed my room as well and I couldn't be happier with the performance!
My theater was already in my home when I purchased the home. All klipsh and Maranzt but I don’t think he set them up right. I’m not even sure where to start to fix them. Any recommendations?
Lucky bastard lol no disrespect men u should married this woman again , hot wife and she loves home theater , and she is handy with tools bro she is a super keeper lol
man u have it all. an epic movie room a supportive wife that is also skillful and talented. you guys are living your best life, double salute to you guys, great job.
Sir I think stuck me most why Matt white screen use i watch on audio advice TH-cam channel and your channel do white screen are better than Elite cinegrey 5d pls share me
Nice theater man. Loved the tour. Loved having Michael over to film ours. Your Rack is killer! Maybe we will add that Paradign lens, sounds like you guys like it. You are going to love, love the GSG Marty subs. Huge bang for your buck. I am building #3 and 4 right now to help balance out my theater seat to seat response. Where abouts in Florida are you?
Great theatre. I’m always amazed at what some people are able to build these days. I’m finding gear very hard to get right now where I live so making any upgrades is a challenge.

Any issues with sdp 55? I'm thinking on buying a sdp-58. But I'm hearing that it has mayor bugs
@@gufiaito69able the only issue I come across every once and a while is it not recognizing HDr content and playing in SDR. this is rare, very rare, but when it happens i just reboot the processor and its fine. Other then that i haven't had any issues and mine is a B stock device. I would definitely get it.
@@jadan2000 Hey Casey I had a question what color blue did you use on your walls very interested in that color
Awesome room you two. Great work Jody on the side surrounds. It’s awesome to see couples on the same page.
Very nice, congrats to them and your video. Great job Preacherman
This is what happens when 'wife acceptance factor' isn't a factor.
More like what happens when men don’t allow the kitty cat to rule over them
It’s crazy how many times they have to ask, beg, and plead like little kids at a candy store hoping to get that okay
And then years later they get divorced & taken to the cleaners, wasted time that could’ve spent enjoying
you two are awesome.
Thx a lot!
@@jadan2000 you guys are welcome. Beautiful setup. I'd probably never want to go to the movies with a home theater system like you guys have.
One of your best ht tours! Love it!
Awesome theater guys!!! Keep up the good work!
Thanks A lot
This is a great video, you guys make a great duo. To see your wife envolved in the movie experence is EXCITING TO WATCH. Keep us updated on future events. Really nice and well though out home theatre set up.
WHAT BLUE PAINT YOU ARE USING FOR SIDE WALLS. THANKS AND CONGRATS!
Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed the tour
Thanks a lot man. We started working on the subs today.
11:29 Third person, really? With your stage name, no less… I hope the smell of Axe body spray dissipated from his theater room… 😂
Just messing with you. Mostly.
What a great video! Thank you to everyone involved.
Glad you enjoyed it chopper
Thx a lot!
Wow! That’s one heck of a rack. The equipment you have looks fantastic. I’m jealous, in a good way.
Really enjoyed this. Lovely couple. I love to long form to. They really love their system. Great job on this one Youthman
Thank you kindly.
You're welcome. Does Steve have a website for HT design? I have an Idea of best practices I've learned from Anthony Gramani but would love a design from Steve. Thanks
Not that I’m aware of. Just his TH-cam channel.
Really awesome room. Thx 4 this Video Tour.
Very very nice! Enjoy!!!
Yeah, Steve is great! The rooms ounds much better then before.
Have you heard the Arendal 1723? How would you compare these Golds to those. I’d love to hear the Triads one day
@@angussmall I haven't head them, but I hear they sound really good. Definitely worth getting.
Center channel OCD issue look's unlevel Lol.
My theater was already in my home when I purchased the home. All klipsh and Maranzt but I don’t think he set them up right. I’m not even sure where to start to fix them. Any recommendations?
That was a great one!
Great setup! I can tell a lot of effort and skill went in to making your room. Great video @Youthman!
Thank you kindly. Glad you enjoyed the tour
Thx a lot!

I'm in Tampa, what about you?
He’s about 20 min West of me
About 1 hr from Tampa
North of Lakewood Ranch area.
@@sliknik1966 ok, we should tour eachothers room then.
Excellent! Beautiful setup you guys!
Thx a lot
Great theatre. I’m always amazed at what some people are able to build these days. I’m finding gear very hard to get right now where I live so making any upgrades is a challenge.
Thank you and I totally understand. It was definitely hard to get the gear in the past year.
Do what I did. Ditch those Klipsch subs and get some Rythmiks. Thank me later.
very nice
How much does the lcr retail for?
no clue now. you can only buy triad from dealers
Awesome setup wait to they get there new subs they gonna be looking everywhere smiling 😊
Yeah. We are going to start building them this week.
AWESOME, Been waiting for KayCee's video!
It’s a good one
