All the covers were good.. but made me realise how MAMAMOO'S voice is so much mature/aged like wine than other singers..
Also makes you realize that with all their songs, their voices is the main key to it being sooo good.
@@little_ms_anne1021 Whoever trained them did a really good job matching their tones to one another. The girls have really good harmony making their voices the key to all the songs rather than the catchy beat itself.
@@little_ms_anne1021 Exactly, that's why unless the singer has a voice tone like Sohyeun or Eun Ah, the cover doesn't sound phenomenal even if a good job is done

It's hard to cover a mamamoo song because you just can't top the original. You might cover them but they're just exceptional, they're voices' just stuck in your mind. And also mamamoo is becoming a genre.

The only covers that made me forget mamamoos voices in my head is egotistic by seventeen (they need to make a full version of that), twit by onewe and tears by yonghoon (onewe).

RBW Ent. really did a great job when it comes to vocals, they really focus more on the uniqueness of the members’ or trainess’ voices rather than changing it to make it cute or something.

When i looked back, there is big different between covers of rbw family and other families. Vocals family
All artist are good but rbw family sound almost as good as mamamoo maybe because they are taught to sing the same way..what i mean is the have same teacher and significant technique to represent the company

I can't help but think there's something missing when it's not Mamamoo who is singing these songs, but it's perfectly fine when Mamamoo sings other group's songs. I think I'm biased help. >.

I agree to an extent. People like Jang Eun Ah and Seohyun(SNSD) did You're the Best justice as well as Seventeen. The older singers covered fine, the younger ones not so much. They were struggling. Lol
There is just a kind of power in mamamoo and the other rbw artists voice that I still haven't found in any other kpop artist. Mamamoo's voices are so full I can't find a better word to describe it.. There are only a few singers in general that make me feel the same way I do when listening to a Mamamoo song
It's interesting to see lots of covers with different styles from the original sound. Truly impressive how some groups can arrange a whole new concept, for example AOA and Egotistic! But somehow I miss the soul? Idk how to explain but Mamamoo makes every song sound so alive and fresh, I've never seen a cover of their songs that I like as much as Mamamoo's original. I mean, it's always hard to top a song that isn't yours. But on the other hand, I absolutely prefer Mamamoo's covers over the original ones, like the songs from their "Immortal Songs" performances. I think that's because Mamamoo mastered to make a song from another artist their song and that's sooooo amazing 😭❤️ Vocal Queens indeed

Shit "Good Bye" by Whee In is powerful, hearing it sung by Purple Kiss (fmr 365 Practice ladies) made it even MORE powerful

This really shows how i love Mamamoo more. Oh God. The Best cover so far that wasn't rbw, was AoA and Choi Hyo In (loved how she did a acoustic version) her voice wow I liked their rearrangement, because unlike the rest (Seventeen too) they rearranged the song to fit their voices and tone.
You're the Best by Seohyun sounds so good! Also Twit by Bvndit. They're the only ones I think are close to Mamamoo. I think Verivery's Gogobebe and AOA's Egotistic were also very good.

I still can not believe that mamamoo already have their future, a group that put vocals more than visuals. I'm scared mamamoo will disband in 2021 and i feel like one year is so fast :(( i still love them together on the stage, but just before their disbandment, we got a pandemic situation so their activities were not as busy as before :(( I wish I could see more of their absurd behavior before disbanding. i miss the, very much and i still cant believe the queens already have a future TT

Honestly I believe it's easier to cover mamamoo solo songs rather than as a group because you need a power vocal like Solar, Hwasa's sultry voice, Moonbyuls swag and flow and Wheein's soft vocals and harmonies.
Not to mention in order to give justice to a Mamamoo song you need stage presence , harmony and live vocals. Not anyone can pull that off.
