Love this RBC. Will be using it alot. My first attempt I decided to experiment. I wanted 1/2 peanut butter flavored RBC to top your chocolate sugar cookie recipe & 1/2 cake batter flavor for your reg sugar cookies. I added 1 tsp butter vanilla emulsion and 1 tsp reg vanilla. When it pulled away from the sides I divided it in half. I then added 5 Tablespoons Jif peanut butter and 40 drops LA oils peanut butter flavor and mixed with mixer 2 1/2 T & 20 drops at a time untill combined. It rolled out nice after resting and crusted over in 10 hrs. I used it the 2nd day from sitting in the fridge it was just as easy to roll too. Everyone loved the rich PB flavor on your Choc cookies ! The 2nd half I made Cake batter flavored I added 1 1/2 tsp McCormick cake batter flavor and mixed it in the mixer. That was a hit too. The PB was not as soft as the other so next time I may add a tsp of kayo syrup to PB. Thank you for this recipe.
