A few weeks ago I have unofficially officially adopted the two frogs who practically live in my house(aka my window) rent free who I named jerry and terry. I just did a little bit of research and I believe they are the species: green treefrog (hyla cinrea) They are super cute 🥺🤧💞✨
I used to hate bugs, and I still do for the most part lol, but I've gotten used to the ones I feed my pets, and ngl I think dubia roaches are lowkey adorable

So on previous videos, I saw some people talking about how holding the frog is bad for its skin. The are correct, but some frogs are tolerant to the toxins on our skin. The whites tree frog is a really nice option for someone who wants to pet/touch their frog. But, always wash your hands and keep them damp when handling frogs, even with gloves. If the frog seems stressed (the frog will become darker), then leave it alone, or it may get hurt. Don’t touch it until it gets used to your presence, and looks happier then when you first got it. Play with them for les then 30 minutes at a time, in order to minimize contact per day, and the toxin going into their skin. I am an owner of two whites tree frogs, and they are quite happy. I always leave them alone when needed, and I usually play with them later at night, at around 7-9 Pm, because they are nocturnal. If you want a touchy friendly frog, then this one is the one to get. They are around ten USD, and are one of the cheapest pets I keep, because they have low maintenance with a bio active tank. - that one person that owns a lot of pets
