@@tjcmoto5484 Camera in the car. Car connecting to the Switch so that the video feed and controls are tied to that and then the system applies the AR elements to it. So if the game detects that you ran over a banana peel it will stop the car automatically, same with using mushrooms using that increases the topspeed for a little bit
It's quite clever. One of those rare new toys that make me a little envious of kids (and their parents) these days!

I'm pretty sure it's always planned ahead of time when Rhett stops it on Gifticality. It's awesome what they're doing with various charities.
This was lots of fun to watch. It was half them playing the game and half them having fun with the cameras. I didn't even know they had this version of the Mario Cart game with real cars and cameras? and it blew my mind. Witchcraft indeed.

This was such a fun More! As someone who grew up playing mario kart, the AR version is both very cool and completely insane to me. I love the mini-tour we got of the studio and of everyone's shoes. Also Chase sweeping in with the Lakitu whiteboard made my day.
