I have the exact bag. Mine is a 1995 and it still looks great. I don’t wear mine enough either. It’s a great, classic bag. I’m so happy you used this bag as an example. I’m going to bring it out this week! I did use it a couple of times in 2023.
I LOVE this video! A vintage Alma PM was my VERY FIRST LV bag ever and I sadly was too scared to use it much; I ended up restoring it and selling it, but now I wish I’d kept it and used it! 😊 Wear her in good health and ENJOY!!! ❤
My neglected bag is also a dome silhouette. It's a navy, suede Dooney. Beautiful, nothing wrong with it. But I have issues. Unlike your Alma, my handles don't go down. In the way - annoying. Too deep at the bottom to carry as a crossbody, sticks out too far. And she carries heavy. So I decided she deserves to be loved by someone else.
