My advice to not get overloaded with all the expansion mechanics, once you get there, is to add one expansion at a time as you get comfortable with them. The key thing to playing void is that it's about combat and thinning your deck out, so that you draw better cards. Enlightened is about positive effects, usually drawing more cards or killing monsters that are X combat or less with a single card. Lifebound is usually about generating runes or honor. Mechana... is weird. The point of Mechana is to snowball and pick up bigger Mechana constructs. Mechana constructs are worth one honor per rune in the cost, so they're a more efficient rune to honor cost.
