Oh my dearest Rasa … this could not have come at a better time … this has helped me more than I can say … I have been in a very unbalanced place now a while and slowly working through it .. today I urged my guides to guide me to a meditation that would give me peace of mind body and soul .. and this has done just that in 40 mins today ..
