- Its time to check out the full EA Sports UFC 4 roster, which includes visuals for every fighter as well as star ratings and divisions. This video showcases all fighters (male and female) across all divisions/weight classes; Strawweight, flyweight, bantamweight, flyweight, bantamweight, featherweight, lightweight, welterweight, middleweight, light heavyweight and heavyweight.
Pretty solid roster I would say, with eventual DLC fighters to come!

You can toggle the specific stats with square (or X on Xbox) just like all of the previous games. All of the numbers are there.

Matthew Thacker some of those are mostly guaranteed to be in updates. I think personally they’ve added a decent number of more fighters already. I agree about Calvin Kattar and Dan Ige. Greg Hardy would be fun. Geoff O’Neal needs another win but he’s gaining traction. He’d be a decent addition. I’m disappointed about no Vicente Luque.
Edit: Eryk Anders should also have a place here. Blagoy Ivanov, and Sergey Spivak.
Here's a list of the worst and most unforgivable errors in this game that the devs should be ashamed of.
1. Gilbert Burns is one of the greatest Jiu Jitsu practitioners in MMA history... listed as a Boxer.
2. Michael Johnson who's primarily a boxer is listed as a wrestler.
3. Jack Hermansson is one of the best grapplers in MW history and is mostly known for grappling... listed
as a kick boxer.
4. Walt Harris is almost exclusively a Boxer and has barely any grappling background... listed as a
Wrestler.
5. Maryna Moroz is a Jiu Jitsu specialist known for her armbars... listed as a Boxer.
6. Rose Namajunas is one of the greatest strikers in women's MMA history... listed as Jiu Jitsu.
7. Glover Teixeira one of the best Jiu Jitsu practitioners in the UFC... listed as a Boxer.
8. Tony Ferguson one of the most well-rounded fighters I've ever seen... listed as a boxer. Even and if we only look at striking... Tony Ferguson's huge arsenal of dynamic kicks would still qualify him as a kick boxer.
9. Rafael Dos Anjos is one of the most balanced fighters around... listed as Jiu Jitsu.
10. Deigo Sanchez' grappling is far superior than his striking... listed as Boxer.
11. Dan Hooker known for his deadly knees... listed as a boxer.
12. Luke Rockhold's grappling is nasty; better than his striking... listed as a Kick Boxer.
13. Ilir Latifi is a wrestling specialist with a powerful overhand right... listed as a boxer.
14. Johny Walker known for all manner of crazy kicks... listed as a Boxer.
15. Anthony Smith is mostly a striker with some Jiu Jitsu tricks in his arsenal... listed as a wrestler.
16. Renato Moicano is extremely well-rounded... listed as Jiu Jitsu.
17. James Vick throws more kicks than punches... listed as a Boxer.
18. Joseph Benazvidez is one of the most well-rounded fighters; in fact, he leans more towards striking...
listed as a wrestler.
19. Jimmie Rivera is one of the most well-rounded fighters in UFC history... listed as a Wrestler.
20. Ray Borg's game is almost entirely wrestling based... listed as Balanced.
21. Song Yadong has some of the fastest and most powerful kicks in BW history... listed as a Boxer.
22. Zabit Magomedsharipov is arguable the most well-rounded fighter in MMA history... listed as a kick boxer.
Now here's a list of minor errors that are forgivable.
1. Beneil Dariush is a very well-rounded fighter... listed as Jiu Jitsu.
2. Louis Smolka is extremely well-rounded and is known for his nasty bottom game... listed as a kick boxer.
3. John Lineker rarely throws kicks, and when he does, they are very slow... listed as a kick boxer.
4. Raphael Assuncao is extremely well-rounded... listed as Jiu Jitsu
5. Henry Cejudo's striking has evolved beyond his grappling at this point... listed as a Wrestler.
6. Karolina Kowalkiewicz is not really known for grappling and mostly throws hands... listed as a balanced.
7. Michael Cheisa is mostly known for Jiu Jitsu... listed as a Wrestler.
8. Neil Magny is very well-rounded, should be listed as balanced; in fact, you could argue he leans more towards kick boxing.
9. Joe Duffy is primarily a Jiu Jitsu fighter, listed as Wrestler.
10. Dustin Poirier is very well-rounded... listed as a Kick Boxer.
11. Jeremy Stephens has some deadly kicks... listed as a Boxer.
12. Donald Corrone's grappling is arguably just as good as his striking... listed as a Kickboxer.
13. Robert Whittaker is almost purely a striker who might wrestle to score some points... should be listed as a Kick Boxer.
14. Kelvin Gastelum is mostly a boxer, but he's listed as a wrestler... he does have good wrestling, so at the very least he should be listed as balanced.
15. Kaylyn Chookagian known her heavy kicking game... listed as a Boxer.
16. Aspen Ladd known primarily for her wrestling... listed as a Balanced. I guess they balanced her after she knocked out Yana, but Aspen was getting outstruck for the entire fight before that happened.
17. Josh Emmett does have a wresting background, but he's very well-rounded fighter mostly known for his striking in MMA... listed as a Wrestler.
Now he's a list of very minor disagreements I have which are debatable.
1. Nate Daiz is very boxing heavy, very rarely attempts to grapple and doesn't really kick... listed as balanced.
2. Yoel Romero is an elite wrestler but he's not effective with it, his striking is the more dangerous aspect of his game; should be balanced.
3. Michelle Waterson's grappling is high level enough to warrant her being listed as balanced.
4. Jon Jones is extremely well-rounded, I would even argue he leans more towards a grappler... listed as a kick boxer.
5. OSP is very well-rounded... listed as a Kick Boxer.
6. Cynthia Calvillo is mostly a Jiu Jitsu practitioner; listed as a Wrestler.

Maybe... maybe I can forgive Joel Álvarez and Juan Espino (winner of a TUF season), but how the hell they didn't put Chito Vera (top 15 Bantamweight , who beat Sean O'malley), Jiri Prochazca (top 5 LHW), Yusuff (top 10 FeatherWeight) and Calvin Kattar (top 6 Featherweight).
It's kinda crazy how inconsistent the player models can be. We got village destroyer from the PS2 era James Vick at 11:13, then Jon Jones at 13:58 looking pretty damn spot on. It's crazy lol.

The new Mortal Kombat style character select screen is much better. Used to take too long to find the fighter you wanted online in EA UFC 3.
LOL, I love Paige VanZant, but I can't believe she got that good of a rating, she's basically MMA's Anna Kournikova... Also there is no Numerical Rating? It's just stars? That seems like a very bad way to do the ratings, considering there probably isn't going to be a 1 or 2 star person, so everyone is two stars away from the best in the world
You'll be able to change it the settings to see the exact stats of each fighter

Mad disrespect to some of the older greats. Nick Diaz, BJ Penn, Matt Hughes, Anderson Silva, etc. In their primes, these guys would still be competing for titles in today's league. That's not nostalgia talking, its facts. The league has not evolved that much in the last 2 decades. Prime GSP could clear the welterweight division still, with all due respect to Usman, who I love.

The problem with the roster is that in some weight classes there are so little fighters and the other one is that there's so many legends versus current fighters

Seth Benson I don’t think Ronda is currently signed with WWE and I’m sure UFC can sign her to a non compete contract just for likeness or just pay her to use her in the game. Brock was probably way too expensive or has a deal with WWE or 2k that wouldn’t allow him to be in a UFC game. CM Punk for instance isn’t signed with WWE either, he’s under contract with Fox, so I’m sure he’s able to do more as far as appearances go under his contract while working with Fox/WWE.

technically this is not the full roster, august 14th is when the game officially launches so there will be more fighters and updated models when it's released on the 14th.
