This episode with the Pentagon papers was the media’s finest hour. Never again what they shine so brightly. It seems that, whatever countermeasures the national security state took to prevent this from happening again, they worked. Now the media is a cheerleader for the military industrial complex.

The good thing is. Mr Ellsberg is educating our young to not make the same mistakes. A true visionary.

There's absolutely zero accountability in government or media today.

This discussion happened in 2011 but was only published on TH-cam by Harvard Law School in 2021. Why did it take so long to put up?

Wow good point. I could see this have being a bit controversial considering the topics in 2011 though I can't believe more people haven't watched it

It's important to note Manning refused to testify against WikiLeaks ceo and went back to jail for another year. I'd be willing to argue that's more patriotic than what Snowden did and that's why it doesn't get as much attention

We learn and discuss broadly, not just only this event. However, when peace would come up forever in this world! I mean no war, no advantage taking...😇

George Dubya & John Kerry exposed the criminality of Harvard via the Skull & Bones Society or Fraternity.
      Or did they create it?
No. It had been a criminal outfit for years already, even before Kerry & Dubya.

This is the worst presentation. Audience has no microphones to hear their questions.
Presenter took "cluster questions" which meant only 1 or 2 of the questions are remembered to be answered. Even Daniel Ellsburg cannot hear the questions & has to rely on someone else to tell him what was asked.
