TAHT hates the First Amendment & violate Open Meeting Law after Adjourning

I give up on this board. They hate the constitution and they think state laws don’t apply to them. They yelled at me about the OML at the beginning of the meeting. They even tried to adjourn the meeting to get rid of me. Cindy Boundy even admitted not knowing the OML despite screaming at me about it.
Then to top off the night, after they adjourned, 3 members stayed (a quorum of their board) and continued to discuss an item they were discussing in the meeting. This is a clear violation of the OML. Yes, I am filing.
I engaged with the board as part of the conversation. They wouldn’t let me speak during their legal meeting. They’ll try to blame me for the violation but they did it on their own.
I’m glad I did get to finally speak as it was an important point they hadn’t considered, like screwing the townspeople. Duh.
Veronica dismissed my suggestion she speak to Town Counsel about the First Amendment and my activities. Oh well, I gave her a chance.

Yes, they have a good video on the MMA website on First Amendment Auditing and they are doing another in October. I wanted to advise them to watch it but couldn’t get a word in. Townsend replaced KP Law several years ago.
